Have a coffee on the first level patio or second level deck and watch the active bird life. Walk to East Perth canal or Optus Stadium via Matagarup Bridge. Cycle to Claisebrook Cove for cafes, restaurants and wine bars.

Swan River Views is located on the Swan River in front of the multi use pathway the area is fitness heaven. Or just take in the stunning river view and very active locals which could include Pelicans, finches, Kingfishers, Kookaburra, and dolphins.

Great area for cycling with access to the multi use pathway which could include jogging kayaking and walking. Three large private bedroom rooms with views- two bedrooms with ensuites.

Very comfortable fully furnished two story home with modern appliances. Three bedroom with two distinct lounge area and 2 full bathrooms all overlooking the Swan River.

Bed configuration 1 King 1 Queen and 1 double bed. All bed linen, towels teas and coffee as well as kayaks and golf clubs available.

Walking distance to East Perth Railway station, Beaufort St Mt Lawley & Maylands 8th avenue cafe precinct and Beaufort St Mt Lawley.

Host was amazing to deal with, helpful and provided day trip suggestions and advice. House was well appointed, clean and as described. The views were spectacular! Our Week In Perth

Marion & Phil are fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcomed into their beautiful home, from the minute we booked to the day we left. I couldn't ask for a better stay. The house had spectacular views across Swan River & Optus Stadium, along with providing all the necessary amenities our family needed during our stay. We hope to stay again one day!
