Bright, specious and beautiful condo located right on the beach. First floor unit that steps out right onto the pool deck and beach. Located right beside the famous Diplomat Hotel. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Unit has one bedroom with king size bed as well as queen size pull down couch in living room. Large, eat in kitchen that is fully stocked with granite countertops. Families and couples!

Great Location for Pool and Beach

I stayed here for about four weeks in May 2023. The best thing about this property was how you can walk right out to the pool and beach, for a very fair price. The unit has been updated and in good condition. The building is older but adequate. The unit had been cleaned prior to arrival but I did do a deeper clean when I arrived since I was staying there for so long. The gym was bigger than I expected with sufficient equipment, although the equipment was older. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There are beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. The AC broke on two occasions, but it was not the fault of the owner. She graciously refunded those nights that I was without AC. Overall, this is a good value and a great location.
