We have been enjoying this property for 4 generations over several years and the Bozarth's continue to excel in their generosity and hospitality. As one of our children said "it's like coming home". The riverside location and access to the lake and town make it the perfect get-away. The property is always clean, well maintained, well stocked and always cozy. The perfect home base to enjoy Grand County.

Great cabin in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed cabin with a large kitchen with all the pots and pans necessary to cook most any meal. It was great to sit on the porch and gaze at the beautiful stream. Host was very responsive and flexible. Will stay here again!

Beautiful clean cabin had everything we needed - comfy beds and furniture, well-appointed kitchen, plenty of seating at mealtime. TWO FABULOUS decks to enjoy the river scenery. Quick walk to the beach or town - many good places to eat and to shop.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. We have been going to Grand Lake and specifically Lemmon Lodge for many years and had always wanted to stay in this cabin. Well, it was worth the wait. Our family (4 couples and 2 children) had plenty of room and the common spaces were perfect for games and meals. The view from the top deck is spectacular and the sound of the rapids was all I hoped for.

This is a fantastic cabin in Lemmon Lodge! It's very spacious and well stocked. It's also very private and close to the back of the property. The river view is wonderful - just steps outside the door. Walkable to everything in town. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a loft area - great for families or groups of friends. The house was spotless and the owner was very informative and helpful. We plan on booking this property again in the future.

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

This is a roomy, comfortable cabin that is well appointed and well taken care of. The location on the lake with a short walk to town makes a very picturesque and convenient setting. Love the covered porch!

September Getaway

Very nice cabin with a lot of room. Wonderful location. Very helpful owner and property manager was very kind. Was very surprised at the high cost of a boat slip after having paid for a cabin for 5 days…a big change from when we stayed at Lemmon Lodge years ago.

I’d hike that!

The house is very comfortable, sits along a running creek, private beach access, and can walk to downtown area easily. Plus, the property is less than 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park west entrance. We would come back again.
