It's a rare opportunity to rent this mini compound, with a main house and guest cottage, that is steps away from a private beach and offers beautiful water views. This shingle style Hamptons escape offer a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and many custom details throughout.

The main house entry leads to an open light filled great room with comfortable seating, nautical artwork and a gas fireplace. The large dining room has a harvest table and connects to a chef's country kitchen. The kitchen is complete with top of the line appliances, honed marble countertops and access to the pool area and gardens. Also, the first floor of the main house offers two bedrooms, one with a water view and the second with a private bath and access to an outdoor terrace. On the second floor you will find an inviting sitting area that opens to the master suite offering every amenity including a private viewing balcony, generous walk in closet and a marble master bathroom. A finished lower level TV room completes the main house.

The grounds feature a heated gunite pool and specimen plantings. A trellised pergola lines the pool area and opens to the one bedroom guest cottage complete with vaulted ceiling great room , kitchen and dining area.

Perfect house in an ideal setting

Super smooth process from the start. The house is simply beautiful in an ideal setting, very peaceful. Everything from the interior design to the outdoor landscape is wonderfully thought out. We absolutely loved our stay and would no doubt stay again. This is a dream of a house!!

Guest house not clean and full of bugs-owner quickly got housekeeping. Pool was not heated for 2.5 days of our 5 day stay once heated it was great. Grounds and main house excellent. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Great kitchen and outdoor area.

Great house -- comfortably fit our group of 8 during our stay for a friend's wedding. Having 4 bathrooms/showers was especially nice for a big group. The house was beautiful and clean, as was the pool house. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely. Communication with Steve was easy and he was responsive and accommodating.

Fun family retreat

We were a party of 7 adults. We found the property to be just the right size for our group. We liked the privacy of having one couple stay in the pool house. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor space. The host was quick to respond to questions and provided good tips for restaurants— We walked on Cooper beach and visited Sag Harbor. The Wolffer winery and Sant Ambroueus restaurant were our favorites.

Our stay was incredible! Spacious layout worked well for couples and friends. Communication with the property manager was easy and punctual. Had all the amenities you would need and the location was unbeatable. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Family stay in beautiful Southampton

Perfect house for a family vacation. The location is so close to Southampton Town, and the peaceful privacy of the neighborhood and property is ideal. Great for a family, however come prepared with all necessities if you are traveling with infants or young babies - the house is not so equipped for the young ones! Overall, it was the perfect house for what we needed and Steve was great to communicate and plan with.

Stunningly beautiful in a great location

This home is dreamy, very well maintained, great yard, in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood but close to some beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and hikes. The house had everything we needed to cook some big meals for our kids. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Perfect House and Location

This property was perfect for our reunion. The house was nicely appointed and had everything you needed, and property grounds are well maintained. We lucked out with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The location was perfect for our group being a short drive to Hampton Bays and Town of Southampton. The house is clean and updated, and the indoor/outdoor flow of the house provided the perfect setting for a good time with friends. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions that came up. I highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again next year friends or family!

The perfect family reunion.

Our time at Nick's and Kristin's incredibly lovely home was perfection. A wonderfully appointed oasis in a charming and quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect setting for a good time with family, and capped off the summer for all. I couldn't recommended it more highly, and we hope to be lucky enough to return again for a future holiday.
