Welcome to Pohutukawa Beach House. This newly built holiday home is located in the exclusive Coopers Beachfront Estate ( the quiet end of Coopers Beach) in a cul-de-sac. This beautifully presented brand new home ( 2019 ) is light and airy and has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the covered deck at the northern side. Enjoy your breakfast in the sun on the eastern deck. From the master bedroom and the kitchen, you can see Doubtless Bay and Pooh Bear Island. Enjoy your own private walkway with easy access to the beach. Relax, enjoy the beach, take the kayaks or the boogie boards or simply go swimming. The beach is around 2km long to perfect for long beach walks. Coopers Beach is fringed with Pohutukawa trees, great for having some shade on those hot sunny summer days. Wi-Fi, linen, towels, and cleaning are all included in your stay to ensure that you have nothing to worry about. Take a short stroll along Bayside Drive and you are at the Coopers Beach shopping centre which has a supermarket, butchers, liquor store, chemist shop, medical centre, fishing shop, and a gelato/espresso bar.

A luxury retreat

A beautiful well- equipped and very comfortable house which we thoroughly enjoyed for a week. Set just back from the lovely beach with nice coast walks and also shops close by. The manager showed us round in person and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Stunning Coopers Beach property

This is a beautifully appointed property on a wonderful beach. The house itself is very modern and very clean. Comes with everything you would expect to make it a fantastic home away from home. Highly recommended.
