The open plan and spacious living area is comfortable with double glass sliding doors opening out onto the balcony allowing you to relax as the soothing sea breeze flows though the apartment. The modern kitchen is very well equipped, offering a dishwasher and microwave.
The main bedroom has a King size bed, walk-through robe and ensuite, as well as a large flat screen television. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, built ins, opening out onto a shady balcony, and bedroom 3 has 2 singles and a trundle bed. There is a second bathroom alcove, complete with bath, shower, toilet and laundry.
Ideally located 50 metres to the iconic Bennett's Beach, the complex comes with shared barbecue facilities and a swimming pool., as well as lock up secure parking.

Although clearly an older unit block (no lift and we were on 3rd level) it was worth the trip up the stairs as the beachfront outlook was beautifully unobscured. We were very comfortable and our shared stay represented good value.
Enjoyed stay at ideal location across street from ocean, clean accommodation with well equipped apartment. Close to shop and restaurant and short drive to Tea Gardens. Great rates. Will definitely return and recommend. Wifi would be great

A bit like the aged magazines still lingering in the lounge, this unit needs a refresh with things like the rusted toilet cleaners and baking pans tossed to the trash. Even the old plastic plants now look depleted and depressed (in spite of the incredible beach outlook this unit has). The mattress covers too are no longer fresh and welcoming. Time to Spend a few to make a few more.
We stayed at this wonderfully located property opposite the beach and race finish. Only problem was the rain bomb that flooded most of NSW that weekend. Despite that, it was still a beautiful outlook and great location. We will rebook if I do the race again. Ray White staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
This ocean-view beachside property was a very relaxing place to stay for a few days. Equipped with just about everything we needed, it was cheerfully furnished and the bed was super comfy. Lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of crashing surf!
It was fairly clean overall - but we had to wash the beach side windows ourselves, (could have used a squeegee) they were smeared with fingerprints and salt air when we arrived, both outside and in. The ensuite bathroom drains were pretty black and gross, they really need a good scrub with bleach. A hook or towel rail to hang your wet bath towels would also be nice. Seriously, not complaining, just offering constructive feedback for your next guests’ benefit (can you tell we used to work in hospitality?!?)
And maybe we missed it, but would have been good to know about all the stairs.
Apart from these small issues we really did enjoy our stay.
