This pet friendly condo was newly remodeled and features all Tommy Bahama furniture, a new KING size mattress and box spring, electric window covers, full size kitchen, and newer A/C. The unit also features a Free High Speed WIRELESS INTERNET, High Definition cable TV/DVD in living room & bedroom, two stereo systems, a DVD collection of current hits and classic movies.

Pets allowed (**$100.00 non refundable pet fee**).We accept 1 dog up to 80 Lbs., or three small dogs, ( up to 80 Lbs. total)

The kitchen has everything you could want in kitchen appliances and cookware

Fine Dining at its best is located across the street from the beach landmark, SALT ROCK GRILL. Enjoy Caribbean fire roasted lobster tails and over 900 wines while overlooking the water. The local beach trolley provides access to other great restaurants and picks up directly in front of the property. Keegans & Guppy's are just up the road are two of our personal favorites.

This unit is a mere 30 minutes from the Tampa Bay Rays stadium, Ray Jay Stadium and the Amalie Arena - Home of the Lightning. A short drive also provides access to Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center.

Enjoy the sunset and waves in the evening and waking to some great coffee and gentle surf.

Awesome laidback location. Delicious local coffee place across the street. Great surrounding areas, like Clearwater. Favorite place to eat: Crabby Bills! Highly recommend.

After 7 times staying at this property but a 5 year gap

Everything is great! The bed is dated, the Bedroom TV should be cable and not airwaves (who knows what's on) and they should leave at least 1 coffee filter. These are nits ... great place to stay

A perfect week on the beach

This condo was spectecular!!!! The view was magnificent and the condo was spotless with every amenity imaginable. The location was central to all the exceptional restaurants and shopping centers.It is within walking distance to the most enjoyable and low-keyed dining experience anyone could ask for. The photos listed ddo not do justice to this condo.

Best ever

We checked in early and was so impressed at the way everything was handled. Smooth. Place had everything you needed. Bring your beach chair and cold drink. Rock Grill Restaurant is across the street and it was spot on. Trolly right outside the main door. Park and relax. will be back. Thanks oh so much.

The only downside is unit does not have washer/dryer, it is a coin operated washer and dryer outside the unit. It has everything else except we could not find any beach chairs to take to the beach. Nonetheless it was a great unit and we will go back again soon!

Everything worked in the Condo but the lay-out of the bathroom was poor. Kitchen and other cabinets were peeling and paint problems on walls.

The bed was less than satisfactory and mattress really needs replaced just like other reviewers said

Only other issue were tenants of unit 404 parking in unit 303 assigned parking spot on multiple occasions

Bed was comfortable although a little squeaky getting in and out. Elevator was out a couple of different days, not really a problem for us unless it was arrival or departure day which it was (departure) for us. Overall a very nice place, a very good value. Loved we could bring our little 9 lb dog, very clean, couldn't tell pets were allowed by its cleanliness. Will definitely return and recommend.

Vacation from July 16th 2011 - July 23rd 2011

My husband, two children (18 & 15) and I spent a week at the condo in July. We were looking for a place to have a quiet, relaxing vacation. We found it here - it was a wonderful week! The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. My favorite thing to do was sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view; especially the sunsets which were absolutely gorgeous. There were never many people on the beach directly in front of us, so we felt like we had our own private spot on the beach! We were able to shop nearby at Winn Dixie and cook our meals at the condo. However, there are also several great places to eat close by. We spent most of our time on the beach, but spent one day at John's Pass which is maybe a 10 minute drive from the condo. You can eat at one of the restaurants along the boardwalk, go out on a boat ride and/or browse the shops (there are quite a few!). We really enjoyed our day there and recommend it if you're planning a trip to the area. When I was emailing people through VRBO in my initial search for a place to stay, Andrew was the most helpful and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. He and his wife have gone out of their way to make sure you feel like you are at home while on vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to my family & friends!

Awesome Location, Unit A Little Tired

We really wanted rate this condo higher but due to some opportunities we had to rate it a 3. First the pros. This condo has location , location, location. You are very close to the water. The views are fabulous. The beach goes on forever in both directions. Deck is nice size. There is a trolley that you can take around if you do not want to drive. The cons, The unit is tired. It needs someone to go through and get rid of the soiled pillows, furniture. Upon going into the bathroom there was a used bar of soap in the shower. I was wondering if it was cleaned. Hotpads were very dirty, some of the pans rusted/old. Some of the sheets and towels were stained. Paint on walls where chairs have touched are are all chipped off. They just need to refreshen this unit by going through it and replacing items and it could be a 5 in no time. One thing to note the picture of the building is not a current one. So do not look for a pink building. It is tan/green.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Million dollar view, unfortunately unit was more like staying in a dirty low end motel. This was our 2nd stay, had hoped for improvement in the year between stays. That was not the case - unit was dirty and dated. You will be greeted with a broken, useless storm door as you step off the elevator. Showerhead was covered in black gunk that had to be scrubbed off before using shower. We had to wipe every surface ourselves before we felt comfortable. A deep clean would help in the short term, but what is really needed is a complete gut remodel. Other units in this building are advertised for vacation rental and they clearly show the potential for what this unit could be. With the exception of what looks like a new slider on the balcony, it does not appear as if these owners put a single dime into their property. It could be an amazing property given the location and view, but the unit itself is in desperate need of a complete makeover.
