Spacious and comfortable, the Sand Piper has many appealing qualities and amenities. It boasts a full kitchen complete with cookware, a washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large showers and the living area has a sleeper sofa as well. There is a terrific view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living/kitchen area that steps out into porch over-looking Gulf Drive and the beach in the near distance.
Charming original architectural features have been kept from the original building, including the antique door and the vintage wooden ceiling from the 1920's. Both #201 Sandpiper & #301 Pelican share the swimming pool but will have a private cabana with a grill assigned at either end.
The location is fairly central to the island, with Bridge St only about 1 mile away and several trolley stops nearby.

Gayle lives in Sarasota, Florida. She has two birth, three adopted & through the years also opened her home to eleven foster children, sixteen in all. She is a member of Sarasota Baptist Church and an active community volunteer. She is also active in the various business organizations connected with her two hotels on Anna Maria Island, FL and Siesta Key, FL. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, the K-Swiss Tennis Team, boating, driving NASCAR & driving her custom Harley-Davidson.
