【Facility】 This house is a traditional two stories Kyoto building, including two bedrooms, one living room, one separate kitchen and one separate bathroom. We provide original Japanese style dwelling experience for guests. Comfortable and safe service can be provided for 2 ~ 6 persons. This house has been reformed in August of 2018 with new equipment. The toilet is isolated from the bathroom. There are air conditions and emergency lighting devices in each room. The house is in a well sunshine condition and ventilation without being blocked. Guests can also dry clothes on the little balcony. There are stairs in the house, so the elders and children should be careful and use the handrail when go up and down. We provide guests with free portable WIFI. Staffs can communicate with guests in Chinese, Japanese and English. Guests would not be bothered when staying here, also can ask for help from two staffs who are within a kilometer from the house in emergency.
【Location】 The house is in residential area which is safe and quiet and the transportation is convenient as well. The local Japanese neighbors are friendly and quiet. Guests can greet the neighbors when meet them. Supermarket is 400 meters away in 5 minutes. FamilyMart 24-hour convenience store, Izakaya and Japanese restaurant are within half minute; Keihan Metro and JR Nara line can be taken from the Toufukuji station which is 50 meters from the house; Kamogawa (the biggest lake in Kyoto) walk 5 minutes Toufukuji (a famous temple where can appreciate maple) walk 5 minutes Metro Nara line 3 minutes. Fushiminaritaisha (the most popular place with interest in Japan, which have the celebrated torii) walk 20 minutes; Chishakuin (good place to appreciate maple) walk 13 minutes Kiyomizudera (famous temple) walk 30 minutes \ bus line 202 or 207, 20 minutes Gionshijo (the most prosperous area) walk 30 minutes, 6 minutes by metro Keihan line. Kyoto station: walk 20 minutes, 3 minutes by metro Nara line. Sanjuusankandou (the longest wooden building in the world) walk 15 minutes; 11 minutes by bus 202. Kyoto national museum (one of the most important building in Japan) walk 14 minutes

If it is lost, extra fee will be charged. 7, Please take care of the devices in the house and make good use of them. Guests will have to pay the fix fee if any device is damaged by careless using. 8, The balcony is only for drying clothes, please do not make noise there. 9, Please keep the room clean and tidy, rubb should should be put on the appointed places. 10, Please do not use the devices with the tag of “Staff Only”.
