Unit #123 is a downstairs one bedroom, one bath condo (sleeps up to 4) with a cozy cabin feel.
This home features a western theme with antique photos of Bodie and the Eastern Sierra. Get comfortable on the couch or two chairs and enjoy a book in front of the river rock fireplace. Why not have some friendly competition with one of the provided board games. Enjoy sleeping in the private bedroom with a king size bed with an additional TV in the bedroom. If you need additional sleeping areas, there is an alcove with a bunk bed hosting a double bed on the lower bunk. You might simply relax to some music or "pop" in a DVD on the flat screen TV in the living room. This condominium gives you the convenience of free domestic long distance as well as free WIFI Internet service. As an added bonus there is a season's locker at Mammoth Canyon Lodge. This condo is a great place for quality time in the mountains. You can enjoy some of the best skiing and snowboarding in this region during the winter with hiking, fishing, and great mountain biking in the summer.

Very nice condo, right across the street from the bus stop, so it was very convenient to get to Mammoth Mountain - just a 10 minute free bus ride. The landlords were helpful and pleasant.

Great little spot for an economical short weekend.

No issues checking in or out, listing was as advertised, excellent communication with staff. Would stay again and recommend for a very small group doing a short weekend stay. Easy access to the village gondola area made for no fuss getting onto the mountain.

Great property, close to town! Had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, accommodated our guest comfortably, and we were able to walk a short- distance to canyon Lodge.

Great stay with shuttles to the lifts

Check in process was easy, just as described and the code worked great. Shuttles were just a short walk from our place to bring us right to Canyon Lodge and village gondola.

Exactly what we wanted

We are very happy with this property. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but I feel that is mostly due to Covid. We loved the location to the Blue Line Shuttle and the ski locker at Canyon Lodge. Would stay again.

Great Place!

Loved the place! The amenities were clean and well maintained. The dvd collection was super fun! The only problem we had was parking, which was probably due to the enormous amount of snow that fell right before our trip. But parking in Mammoth is a problem in general. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for skiing

Great property, clean and cozy. Parking right at the door. Bus stop (free city bus) right in front of building across the street, 2 mins to slopes. Bianca from management was great, quick to answer emails and helpful. There is a great sauna and hot tub, but you have to walk to a different building. Overall great stay.

Comfortable unit fairly close to Canyon Lodge

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit comfortable. The unit was fairly close to Canyon lodge. However, when we booked the Vrbo stick pin made it appear that the lodging was close to the Village when it was about 3/4 of a mile away. Anyway, it worked out and it was nice that the unit provided access to a Canyon lodge locker.

Weekend ski trip

Very comfortable and clean. Good location to mountain and village area and right on free shuttle line to both. TV in living room has volume issue, very hard to hear. We’re not big TV watchers so no big deal to us, but if you are... maybe a sound bar(?)

Comfy location, good for a small group.

We really enjoyed our stay. The top bunk in the hallway bed is MUCH thinner than it looks in the online photos. I was glad that we didn't have anyone plan to sleep there. The bottom bunk is about the size of a full bed (Maybe even queen). The top bunk is thinner than a twin. And it would be hard to get out of the top bunk without stepping on someone sleeping on the outer edge of the bottom bunk. That being said, I slept on the bottom bunk, my parents were in the main room, and we both felt like the beds were VERY comfortable. This condo was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown resorty restaurant area. It was nice to be able to walk and not have to drive. We drove to the resort each day for skiing, so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the bus system around there. The guide for the TV controllers needs to be updated for those who are less technologically fluent. Some of the button names for switching between DVD and TV didn't match. Also, no way to connect to streaming services, so if you want that, bring your apple or preferred method. Would stay here again!

Quaint place!!

Great little place. The pool and spa were a welcomed ammenity. Check-in was easy and best of all the location was about perfectly placed and close to the center of town. Hard to beat for a couple or small family

I booked my trip pretty last minute so there were not a lot of places available, especially for a reasonable price, but staying here worked out great. The condo is a short walk to the village and had all the necessities. Oh, and the shower pressure is fantastic. I may have missed it in the listing, but the washer/dryer are not in the unit, they are in the complex somewhere, but luckily I didn't need to use them. Would stay here again.

came for the thanksgiving weekend with a group of 3 friends (4 total) and had a great time at the location.There is a fun jacuzzi and room with a pool table, foozeball and pingpong. The place was clean and cozy.

What a great find! Friendly check-in. 1’ walk to a FREE shuttle to the slopes AND the village. Daily locker use at Canyon Lodge, ping pong, jacuzzi and the water pressure was AMAZING!!! Thank you. We will use again.
