If you are looking to have a relaxing vacation on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, then look no further, stay at Majestic Sun 203B in Miramar Beach! Enjoy breathtaking views from all common areas and the private balcony! Upon entering this beautifully updated vacation rental condo, you are greeted with an updated full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine, a dining area, and a welcoming living area that leads to the private balcony with beautiful views of the beach! Unwind on the balcony and watch the waves wash over the shore, or stroll down and put your toes in the sugar white sand! The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom. In the living room, you will find a queen-size sofa sleeper. This vacation rental condo conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of room for 8 guests. This condo is perfect!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, and should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very spacious, very clean, and of course the gulf view!!! The host was timely in communication via Vrbo app, as well as the kind lady at the desk on site! We LOVED the pool which was spacious and opened from inside to outside and had two hot tubs! Fitness center was great as well as the ice cream store right in the building! Can’t wait to come back to Destin…Emerald Coast waters are breathtaking!!!!

Overall the condo was clean and nice. Very close to beach. Parking was a little confusing. There is a parking garage on site shared by several condos. I wish that would have been communicated. Also, I did receive my guest access code for the unit, but I could not locate the pool and fitness access codes anywhere in any previous communications. I did message the host and was told to go the guide and codes would be under access- and the only code was for the unit itself. The host did refer me to the manager on duty for an additional parking pass and Rhonda was very helpful giving me the codes. Other than those 2 things- we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Great location. We had the essentials to get us by for the long weekend without having to buy a bunch of extra groceries (paper towels, sponge for dishes, 2 pods for laundry, etc). Unit is updated, furniture was good (needs cleaned) but overall a great experience. Bonus points for having beach gear for us to use!

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The location is fantastic—right on the beach with absolutely gorgeous views. The condo was very comfortable, featuring two bedrooms, a pull-out bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. One thing that really stood out to me was the shower water pressure, which was excellent.Parking directly in front of the unit is somewhat limited, but there is a nearby parking garage with plenty of available spaces, so it wasn't a problem. The property is also very centrally located, making it easy to get around.The only areas for improvement were the supplies provided. We stayed for five nights with seven people, and there were only four rolls of toilet paper total (including the ones already on the holders) and one roll of paper towels. We ended up making an extra trip to the store to buy more. We also would have appreciated a few more basic cleaning supplies so we could keep the condo tidy during our stay.Overall, I'd rate this property 4.5 out of 5 stars. It's a beautiful place in an amazing location, and with a few more basic household supplies, it would be an easy 5-star stay.

Perfect location

This property is the perfect location. You never have to leave Seascape! Beach is outside your window. Management was great! We had a few issues at first but Management did all they could to rectify.

4 day stay

All was good however this unit does not have enough towels , hand towels or wash cloths for the 5 of us much less the 8 max that it states can sleep. I had to wash each day just so we’d have enough clean towels. Other than that it was good!

Fantastic Location / Modern Vibes

We enjoyed our stay at this Property. The location was fantastic. We really liked that it was located on the second floor so we could choose to take the steps or elevator. The kids really enjoyed the pools and that they were open late (10PM). The shop at the hotel was also fantastic as the prices were very reasonable. The Kilwins ice-cream shop was also next door which was a nice treat. Overall the property was clean and more modern (updated) than many others in the area. We would recommend this Property.

Very clean, beachy vibe, 2nd floor right above pool and hot tub, easy access to stairs and elevator. Great ocean view. Easy walk to Whalestail for great breakfast on the beach. Beach chairs were broken ☹. We bought two and left them behind.

Awesome view and clean stay

Overall the property was clean and decorated nicely. Some of the furniture and carpet could be replaced. The balcony door was also very hard to open. There was plenty of dishes and silverware, linens, and games/beach supplies. I would definitely rent from again.

The best of the best

Please allow me to said something I been spending my vacation time on majestic sun for the past 15 years sometimes 2 or 3 times of the year but this unit is the best of the best we really love it and you guys Glass Casa are the best I been booking with Resorquest,Wyndham,Vacasa and ocean reef but no one gave me the kind of service we are very happy with everything 🥇

Review of property

The condo was nice and just as listed. It is across the street from the beach so that was a little inconvenient. The condo just needs a few tweaks. Area around second bathroom toilet needs to be cleaned. One of the beds in the second bedroom squeaks which is quite annoying. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a clean, lovely place with a good view, but I didn't like some rules that were attached to this complex or unit or whatever. I didn't like that you couldn't turn the ac down past 72... we are used to 68-70 degrees. I didn't like that they only give 1 trash bag that sort of thing... But in all we had a good time.

Nice condo

We have been coming to destin for years. We usually rent from individuals so first time renting from mgt company. Condo was clean but parking is far from unit in garage which is a pain. You have to pay for daily umbrellas on the beach which is $50 per day. Pool is nice indoor and outdoor warm but very small space for such a large resort. Great location to walk up and down street to shops and restaurants. Nice condo and great location. We just prefer a smaller resort and are used to having extra supplies in condo. There is nothing provided just rolls of toilet paper and bath tissue. Bathrooms are very small. Our only issue is that we did rewash the silverware due to some food on the forks and silverware drawer facing came off. I would recommend if this is your first or 2nd time staying in a condo on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had lots of room, was equipped with everything! Online it appears ocean front, however you will have to cross a road, and then fight for a beach front spot due to the rental chairs and umbrellas that take up all of the beach in front of this building. The stay for a week was expensive and I learned that other condos were a lot cheaper. Front desk associate wasn’t very friendly and seldomly at the desk to assist anyone. The floors in my condo were not clean. Pieces of cereal were found in the bedroom, but other than that it was ok.
