Discover your perfect East Hampton getaway in this charming home nestled on a private cul-de-sac. Set on 0.8 acres, this serene retreat is just a 10-minute walk to Main Street and the LIRR train station, offering both privacy and convenience.

The classic salt-box-style home features a bright, open great room with a traditional wood-burning fireplace - perfect for cozy evenings. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill, overlooking a beautifully manicured lawn, lush gardens, and a heated 40x20 saltwater pool. An additional den provides the perfect spot for afternoon relaxation or movie nights on the 65" TV.

The home offers three inviting bedrooms:

Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and private en suite bathrooms.
A ground-floor bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom conveniently located across the hallway.

Located in the heart of East Hampton, you're just a 5-minute walk to renowned restaurants like Nick & Toni’s, Serafina, and EH Grill, as well as the IGA grocery store. The pristine East Hampton beaches are less than 2 miles away - easily accessible by bike for a quick seaside escape.

Summer rentals are monthly only and no weekend stays - discounts available for multi month reservations.

IMPORTANT: Longer term rentals will be charged a services and utilities fee to cover weekly pool maintenance, lawn mowing, trash removal, house cleaning and utilities. This is determined based on length of stay. We are happy to provide details on these costs.

Booking contingent upon brief email questionnaire and signed lease agreement. Please review house rules and email any questions before sending a booking request. We are not interested in hosting large groups or parties and will require written confirmation on all guests staying at the house. This is non-negotiable as this is our home. Please contact us first before making a booking request to assure that we are the right fit for you.

We have contactless check in and check out. We are happy to discuss our cleaning regimen and any other questions or concerns.

Charming and well located EH home

Fabulous location - walking distance to village and 5 min drive to ocean beaches. Home is very well maintained, comfortable, and gorgeous landscaping! Highly recommend and would rent again!

Amazing home

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this most comfortable home with a quintessentially Hampton's back yard! The home was clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved the location in the East Hamptons and it was close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property!

Spectacular home in convenient location

My family had a lovely long weekend stay in Terrence's home and we found the rental process to be organized and seamless. After it started raining, we were so grateful to be staying in such a perfect house for enjoying a rainy day, and when it cleared up, we absolutely loved being walking distance to Main Street and several delicious restaurants. Looking forward to coming back next fall!

outstanding home and property

This home in East Hampton is spectacular! The house is spacious and beautiful and close to the town of East Hampton. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our friends getaway with 6 women. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch overlooking the back yard. The beds are comfortable and the owner was very hospitable, offering suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Overall, I would highly recommend this home!!

Quiet, well maintained house (inside and out), very comfortable stay

Thank you for sharing your home! The house is private and secluded but also in a great location. We took a short walk into the town of East Hampton to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The backyard, deck and pool areas are fantastic for afternoon lounging. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in East Hampton

We had a magnificent two-week stay at this wonderful cottage in East Hampton! The property is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac so you feel rather secluded and yet you're within walking distance to the village and a quick drive to the ocean beaches. The home was well-stocked and the furnishings were chic and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully landscaped backyard and large heated pool. Most importantly, the owners were extremely gracious, thorough and responsive before, during and after our stay. We have rented multiple homes in the Hamptons over the years and this was by far our most enjoyable vacation. This property more than exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful property. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We only stayed for a weekend in October but I wish we were able to stay much longer. The house is conveniently located near the village but so secluded we saw deer in the yard. We were able to walk to the village and to the beach. The house comfortably slept 6 and we were provided with everything we needed. Terrance was very good to deal with and made the stay very easy. If we find ourselves in that area again, we would jump at the chance to rent this home.

Nothing but LOVE

I have to say- this home exceeded all our expectations. My wife, 14mo old toddler (who had just started walking) and i had an incredible 3 weeks together. The location is perfect- down a quiet, private road within walking distance of the center of town and train and Egypt beach is an easy 10 min bike ride away. But the real charm is with the home itself- beautiful renovations that make it comfy, cozy and mellow, beautiful landscaping around a cute little backyard, a great saltwater pool, and a lovely deck with a grill for enjoying evening meals together. We enjoyed every second and can't wait to return next summer! It is truly a special house and we were so very lucky to discover it!

Well Appointed + Located East Hampton Rental!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful East Hampton home. This house could not have been more perfect for a summer Hampton's vacation with our one year old! The house is beautifully appointed with a modern beachy feel. The two bedrooms on the second floor have newly renovated en suite bathrooms (one with a tub). We absolutely loved the backyard of the house. The large deck made mealtime very enjoyable while the sizable yard and salt water pool made it hard to leave for the beach! Our little guy absolutely loved the pool (and we loved that it was saltwater). We were amazed at how quiet the property is but still a quick walk into town. We went daily for our morning coffee, shopping and meals. This is a great find with responsive owners who were great at providing us with local info and house details prior to check in.

Beautiful home in the center of everything!

We came up for a little family getaway and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The home was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and in an amazing location. We were seconds from town and just a few minutes from several of the beautiful EH beaches. We even took a day trip to Montauk which was only 15 min away. Jonathan was a wonderful host, would definitely recommend!

Great family rental

I rented the house last Summer for a family vacation and it was perfect. I loved that we could walk into town. Great coffee shop and stores nearby. My husband took the train to meet us and then walked to the house. We spent several days hanging out by the pool and grilling on the deck at night. Kitchen and house is well equipped with all the gear you need. Well situated to explore other Hamptons towns as well. I hope to go back this Summer as well.

We married in 2015 and purchased this charming property as our first home together after visiting the Hamptons for twenty years. We started with some minor renovations, including painting throughout the house, updating hardware, adding new shingles, windows and fencing and refurbishing the pool with salt water. We have since refurbished all of the bathrooms, kitchen, floors and stairs while expanding gardens in the front and back of the house. We are excited about this home and our future in it, and look forward to sharing this oasis with others!

We love the privacy of the property and the open plan of the saltbox house while being just a short stroll to the train station and the shops and restaurants of East Hampton town and an easy bike ride to the beach.
