The apartment Fucsia is located on the first floor of a lovely house, just next to the other apartment Erica. It has a private access. The house is a country- style house on two floors.

The apartment Fucsia can welcome 2 persons:
It has one spacious bedroom with twin beds which put side by side make a king-size bed. A sofa in the living room, TV, a safe, and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a terrace overlooking the garden with a little table and chairs. Bed linen and home towels are provided.

The villa is located on the seafront, overlooking the water, on a blind alley from which one has direct access to the sea. The position of the house is conveniently close to the beach, approximately 100 meters along a short path with few steps. The distance from the sea through the air is only 50 meters.
Arenal d'en Castell is one of the most beautiful beaches of the. island: it is a sheltered bay, in which the sea water is particularly clean and cristalline. The beach is wide and the sand is very fine, you can rent umbrellas, sunbeds, pedal boats and kayaks. Very close there are several restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, shopping, children playgrounds, car rentals and a pharmacy.
A marina is 4 km away, and a fishing village 2 km away. The airport is 25 minutes by car.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Viviana, la propriétaire de l'appartement "Los Albatros". Ce dernier a tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sur l'île de Minorque. Veramente ottima scelta per una famiglia!

L'appartamento è ottimo sia come dimensione,come spazi interni sia come posizione al mare che dista 3 minuti a piedi! L'appartamento ha living,cucina attrezzata separata e camera matrimoniale grande ( anche con il lettino in aggiunta) .tanto armadio e appoggi . Un balconcino che aiuta ad arieggiare. Lo consiglio vivamente! Siamo stati benissimo

Alojamiento muy agradable a pocos metros de la playa

La comunicación con Viviana, la propietaria, fue muy fácil y rápida desde el primer momento. Todo fueron facilidades por su parte. Ella y su familia viven en la parte de abajo, pero este apartamento tiene una entrada totalmente independiente y ofrece total intimidad. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado y limpio, tal como aparece en las fotos. Muy cerca de la playa de S'Arenal d'en Castell. ¡Recomendable!

Soluzione ottima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia

Alloggio molto funzionale, ben diviso negli spazi (soggiorno ampio in cui ci si muove bene anche a divano letto aperto, cucinino separato e finestrato) , luminoso e ventilato (un po' meno nella camera da letto). Mobili non recentissimi ma tutto perfettamente funzionante. Da sottolineare la tranquillità: ci sono solo villette attorno e assenza assoluta di confusione anche ad Agosto! Dotato veramente di tutto e proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per qualunque cosa. Ma il top è la posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (basta scendere una scalinata di pochi gradini), 700m supermarket con tutto il necessario. Ottima anche come base per girare l'isola.

Un nido sulla spiaggia

La casa è in una posizione ideale per chi cerca silenzio e accessibilità alla spiaggia, di sabbia finissima, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti scendendo un piccolo sentiero tra i pini. L'appartamento, al primo piano, è ben accessoriato, dal wifi alla tv satellitare, dalla lavatrice, alla macchinetta per il caffè a cialde, dal tostapane al bollitore elettrico, dal ferro da stiro, allo stendibiancheria, Un ampio soggiorno arredato con gusto si affaccia su un piacevole terrazzino con una sedia a sdraio La camera da letto è spaziosa, con 2 letti accostabili, e gli armadi a muro sono molto grandi. Una piccola doccia all'inizio delka scala esterna è utile per sciacquar via la sabbia dai piedi.. Nei dintorni ci sono un ottimo ristorante, una pizzeria, due supermercati, una farmacia, un negozicdi souvenirs e agenzie per il noleggio di auto. L'autobus che collega Punta Grossa-Arenal d'en Castell sia con Mahon che con Fornells e Es Mercadal-Ciutadela, parte ogni ora. La padrona di casa, molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e problema, abita al pian terreno. Italiana, parla anche francese inglese e svedese. Il cambio della biancheria è settimanale, e all'arrivo troverete anche una gradita bottiglia di spumante di benvenuto

Très bonne location à recommander

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Viviana. Les indications pour arriver à la location sont très claires. Très bien accueillis par Viviana et très soucieuse de notre bien être pendant notre semaine. La location est très bien située : 2 min à pied de la belle plage d'Arenal ce qui permet le soir après une journée de balade d'aller se baigner, au centre nord de minorque qui permet en 1/2 h d'aller n'importe où et dans un quartier calme tout en restant proche des restos d'Arenal. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Merci Viviana pour votre gentillesse.

Ottimo alloggio!!!

Proprietaria molto gentile, posizione della casa adiacente alla spiaggia e appartamento spazioso. Non essendo dotato di aria condizionata la notte si soffre leggermente il caldo, ma per il resto è stato un soggiorno molto gradevole. Speriamo di tornarci presto

A beautiful apartment in a lovely resort

A well equipped apartment only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach! Our stay was during a freak heatwave with temperatures of 35 degreees plus ! A fan would have been a welcome bonus but we survived the heat. Viviana is extremely attentive and friendly and on hand if you have any problems . My top tip is to hire a car to explore the amazing island ! Menorca is a true gem and this apartment is a fantastic base.

Très bon séjour en famille sur la côte Nord de Minorque. Appartement spacieux dans jolie maison blanche et très proche de la plage ; le chemin pour y arriver est très agréable (petit escalier qui descend sous les pins jusqu'à la plage. Quartier calme, petit supermarché proche et accessible à pied. Possibilité de se garer devant la résidence. Propriétaire agréable et accueillante résidant au rez de chaussée Petit bémol : pas de lave-linge et pas de remplacement des serviettes de toilette pendant le séjour (10 j) A recommander ...

Nous sommes désolés pour le remplacement manqué des serviettes: il s'agit d'une inattention qui ne se répétera pas, car normalement nous remplaçons les serviettes toutes les semaines.

L'appartement loué était parfaitement décrit, propre et lumineux, confortable. Les indications pour y accéder parfaites et très claires. La situation de l'appartement, dans un quartier calme avec de jolis jardins(dont celui du chalet !) est particulièrement agréable : en effet, il suffit d'emprunter un court chemin sous les pins pour accéder à la magnifique plage en contrebas. La situation d'Arsenal En Castell est idéale pour accéder à toutes les criques et villes intéressantes de Minorque, mais aussi pour toutes les activités sportives et nautiques. Vraiment, un bel endroit, une propriétaire charmante et prévenante ; nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons y revenir bientôt !
