Studio in Vatican Area
A quiet, completely restored studio apartment in the heart of Rome, a short walk from the Vatican. It is well served by public transport with nearby bus and Metro connections for the rest of the ciy , as well being near to the overground railway station of San Pietro.
This small studio consists a sleeping area with double bed, fold out twin size couch, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and a small balcony.
There is a dishwasher, air conditioning and washing machine outside on the balcony.

With resolution n. 255 of 17 july 2023 , Giusta Capitolina approved the new rates for the Contributo di Soggiorno (Tourist tax) which are set to come into force on 1 october 2023. From now on, guests not resident in Rome who stay in private apartment, including accomodations for tourist use, rented for no more than 30 days , are required to pay the contribution of € 6.00 per person for each overnight stay. Perfect studio apartment
I loved staying in Sylvia’s studio for three weeks. It has everything one needs—a kitchen, bathroom, workspace, sleeping space, balcony, and washing machine. Fantastic location. Short walk to the Vatican. A wonderful fruit and vegetable stand nearby, as well as a small but excellent grocery store. Sylvia is great—very responsive and helpful.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Silvia was a great host - she provided very clear communication and was accommodating to all of our travel needs.
The apartment was perfect for our 4 nights in Rome. It had all the basic ammenities we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable. An extra bonus was it had a washing machine. The apartment is only a 1 minute walk to the train station and was easy to get to from both the airport and main train station in Rome. Also only a 5 min walk to the Vatican!
We would stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation.
