This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for families or groups traveling together. Enjoy a private pool, hot tub, and expansive lanais designed for soaking in the Pacific views.

Located in a quiet, legally licensed subdivision in Kailua-Kona, the home captures natural trade winds through its open louvered design, with ceiling fans throughout for comfort. (Please note: the home does not have air conditioning and was intentionally designed to embrace Hawaii’s natural airflow and island living.)

With many five-star reviews, guests consistently praise the sweeping views, generous layout, and peaceful setting — all just a short drive from Kona beaches, dining, and activities.

Therefore, we are offering a 10% discount for any reservation over 7 days and a 20% monthly discount as well. Please send us an inquiry for the dates you are interested in and we will adjust the rate accordingly if it hasn't already been updated.

Please note: This home does not have air conditioning. However, every room has ceiling fans and it is built parallel to the ocean so it normally has nice ocean breeze during the day and a cool mountain breeze at night.

Beautiful house with pool and view.

We all had a wonderful vacation thanks to the house. So close to town with a beautiful view and the pool which we used everyday. Everything that was needed was at our disposal. Would recommend highly.

Great spot for three-generations

Centrally located, but not in the throngs of people downtown, our group of 10 - ranging in age from 2 to 71 - enjoyed everything about this property. Enough space to be together and plenty of tucked away nooks to enjoy a bit of peace from all the together time. We enjoyed the pool every day, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and started our mornings on the lanai with coffee watching for the wild pigs to wander down the creek bed next to the house.

Family thanksgiving trip

We planned this trip with our family and it was wonderful! Four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a large living room, family room, and upstairs deck. The views were gorgeous, we enjoyed the pool and spa, and had a blast. This house had everything you would need; beach toys, condiments, games, books, kitchen totally equipped, etc. We would highly recommend staying here. And the contact person Paul M. was always helpful and the best we’ve dealt with. We will stay here again on Kona.

Great location

This house is centrally located and close to a variety of adventures and easy access to shopping and town. The kids (4 teenage boys) loved the pool and all the water games. We used the coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards on our beach outings. House was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and island adventures. Paul was easy to communicate with and helpful. Quiet neighborhood with lovely ocean view.

Breathtaking Sunsets That Will Leave You speechless

We recently stayed at this beautiful Vrbo property, and the sunsets were nothing short of magical. Each evening, we gathered on the balcony to watch the sky transform into a canvas of vibrant oranges, pinks, and purples. The view was absolutely stunning, and it felt like we were in a postcard. The location was perfect, allowing us to experience both the tranquility of nature and the vibrant local culture. Family trip

The home was as described. We had the twin room made into a king so we had 3 king beds for the 3 couples and a queen for grandma. The master bedroom closest was big enough for a full size crib so we put our 22 month old grandson in there with the door open, he slept great! Very close to everything. It was perfect and we had an amazing time! The only down side is NO AC and the first 2 days was horrendously hot! We bought to more fans and left them there as we couldn't sleep! I don't know how anyone has a home there without AC!!!! Paul was great, we had an issue with the pool and he got a crew over to care for it. Highly recommend the property.

Great for families

Clean. Close to town. Spacious. Spectacular sunsets. The saltwater pool and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen is upstairs separate from the pool area. Dry Creek next to the property spotted wild boar eating avocado and papaya, loved watching it in the morning. The backyard is fully fenced. Cats hang out on the patio downstairs they did not bother us my kids loved them. No AC but fans on the ceilings everywhere and portable ones used on hotter days. Upstairs was nice and breezy and did not need the portable fans.

Great place

We loved the property, the view was spectacular. We loved that no one overlooks the property. The only issue is the living area is upstairs, so if you have a problem with stairs this is not for you. Otherwise the house is beautiful and the cats were fun. Would rent again.

AMAZING VIEWS

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The sunset is a new view every evening. You will find it hard to get yourself out and explore once you walk into this house. The kitchen and main living are up stairs. I found this to be hard as I have a hard time with stairs. Also, the pool and spa do not have rails to hold onto when get in or out. The pool was wonderful. The spa needs to be turned on about 30 minutes before you want to use it so it can heat up. It doesn’t really get that warm though(maybe 100°). We are very happy with this house and all it has to offer. There were beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice chests. I’m sure there was more but this is what I remember right now. Hope this helps you to decide on this house.

Perfect!

This house was a gem! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house sits on a hill, which allows for beautiful sunset views on the porch and a consistent ocean breeze through the open air windows. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a wonderful stay in this lovely home with plenty of room for all. We enjoyed meals around the table, coffee on the porch and lounging by the pool in between our time exploring on the island. We definitely found the perfect home for our vacation. Thank you!

Pure Magic

Having the whole family together for 10 days in a perfect house was magical. This house had it all and then some. The pool and the hot were big hits. Hopefully we can all do this again.

Our family of 10 ranges in age from 4 to 72: w/ 6 adults, two teens, two children [3-generations, all active & mobile]. Activities centered on (1) the upstairs that encompasses the kitchen-dining-family room + spacious deck & (2) the pool & spa. Trips to the beach were easy by car going both N & S. Town was close by for groceries, restaurants, shops. Two floors provide separation for individuals or small group play. Beds were good for 8 with two kids on quality air mattresses. Cleanliness was excellent and management support responsive & supportive. The pool, spa, and surrounding yard great for play, relax, read, sunbathing. Misc provisions for beach or kitchen very good.

Great house for family with kids

We had a great time playing in the pool with the kids and drinking cocktails in the Lanai. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we were all very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean, wonderful sunsets every night. Close to everything from beaches, to stores and restaurants.

Peaceful Paradise!

The house is just lovely and very well equipped!! The deck off the master bedroom was delightful. The fans did a fine job keeping the house cool! The location is very central for a great variety of activities. The property manager was super fast when we needed something. Overall a great choice!!

An Amazing Vacation

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

Beautiful pool, jacuzzi, grassy backyard, large deck upstairs offering great ocean views and beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear to enjoy. This is just what the outside offers! Inside, the home was just right for our 8 adults and 17 month old. There was plenty of room to all get together or spend time off by yourself. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your meals. There are 3 64 oz. growlers which can be filled up at Kona Brewing Co. (happy hour is between 5 and 7 and it costs about $11). The neighborhood is close to nice beaches and all the Kona restaurants. The wood floors in the home are beautiful, there are 2 nice TVs and plenty of games and books. 'nuff said, book this home and have a terrific experience.

My experience running the property was good besides his covid it's really screwed everything else all up to where my I was the only one able to go out of all the family I was taking be nice to get credit but don't work that way peace out

Great house

We loved staying at this house! It was as it looks in the pictures, with a beautifully kept yard, expansive view of the ocean and adjacent to undeveloped forested area along one side. There was plenty of room to spread out inside, and the upstairs deck and downstairs patio were lovely.
