The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Gorgeous

Place was nice and put together. I had a bad taste in my mouth about it switching from a VRBO listing to dealing with a property management company but it turned out well other than our snafu not getting our access code up front. Other than that we lived our stay. Rooms were great, pool was great, and Beach access was wonderful!

Beautiful View

The condo was super clean, the check-in and check-out processes were streamlined, and staff was great! Also, important to note since I have stayed places before where sleeping was miserable--the beds were AMAZING. We slept so well and I would love to know what type of mattresses those are so I can replace mine! Will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was so beautiful! Very well equipped and everything we needed for our stay. The beach was perfect and the 6th floor was awesome for sunsets. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone, and we will be back! Thank you for having it available for rentals.

Beautiful View

You just can’t beat the view from this place, the gulf was so pretty during our stay. I could sit and watch it for hours. Condo was great, just like the pictures. Beach chairs and umbrella every day. Pools and hot tubs were very nice. Condo is close to everything. You can walk down the beach to the back porch restaurant. I would stay here again.

It was a nice vacation. The unit was not very clean and in desperate need of living room furniture as it was filthy and very outdated. I moved a chair from outside to sit in the living room. Bed was comfortable 😊

Very nice place with a great view. Everything is well organized for getting in, getting an extra fob. Elevator system is so fast, Not sure if I ever waited 20 seconds for the elevator to come.I did mention in another survey that the overhead light in the main tv room does nothing for lighting. A lamp is needed between the sofa and the door to the deck for reading for both that side of the sofa and the chair in that corner. Was a great place to stay. Thanks for the nice place we got to use to escape Minnesota winter for 24 days.

Great stay!!

It was just my two young teens and myself and we had a great time (despite the double red flags all week). Our condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for the3 of us. The ocean front greeted us with the most gorgeous view the moment we walked in the condo. Beds were comfy. Everything clean and neat. It was exactly what I wanted. The pools were big and great temp to cool off in. Both the pool and beach were easy to get to. You won’t be disappointed here and we will be back! FYI - there is a water park and fun activity park (water bumper cars, mini golf, etc) very nearby in case the ocean is not cooperating with you the week you are there and you need to do something different one day.

Luxurious

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking to a spectacular view of the ocean without getting out of bed was the height of relaxation and luxury. So many windows to enjoy the incredible view. We had a perfect vacation. The condo was spacious and lovely. Everyone was helpful and friendly from check-in to beach service. The location was perfect—on a nice section of beach near the state park. Quick and easy access to the main road and shopping thanks to the traffic light at the entrance and underground assigned parking which took the stress out of coming and going. Carts were readily available for luggage and groceries and there was rarely a wait for the elevator. Fabulous local pizza right across the street. We look forward to coming back.

Great location

The property was very nice and clean. We liked the security provided. There were plenty of towels and cookware was very nice. The only downside was that there was absolutely nothing beyond bare minimum of supplies. We had one trash bag in the kitchen, one extremely small bottle of dish soap. We have stayed at several VRBO’s over the years with varying supplies including coffee filters, some even with coffee, And a variety of cooking seasonings. This place supplied 2 sets of empty salt and pepper shakers. I can understand if the place is being rented for an extended stay, but for less than 2 weeks is just cheap. The on-site managers were extremely helpful. Overall it was a very nice place with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Better than the pictures, amazing views

This place was really clean, easy access to everything, parking in garage was a bit tight, pools and hot tubs were excellent. Only bad thing was they close them at 10pm, so no hanging out relaxing without all the kids running around! Was super bummed about that! Condo was decorated very well,the most beautiful views you’ve ever seen, sliding doors from both rooms lead out to balcony, windows in rooms were huge and you can lay in bed and watch the waves and sunrise! furniture on balcony needs updated for sure, mesh on chairs had some small holes, made them work though! Access to beach was literally right off the pool, beach Serivce was great also, just scan key fob and it tells you which ones you reserved (highly suggest you reserve online) I would def stay here again!

Getaway Week with Friends

Complex is awesome. Very convenient to everything Destin has to offer. Only one complaint with condo was the fan in the living room. We never figured out we could leave fan running but turn lights off. Very frustrating for someone sleeping on sofa/sleeper.
