Centrally located and across the road from Kauai’s premier retail destination – Kukui`ula Village, the most exciting Kauai shopping and dining destination in Poipu.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Sweet jungle get away

We loved this spot, right in front of the koi pond and a short walk to the pool. It had mostly everything we needed and was very quiet, cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at the Waikomo Stream Villas. It’s a great location on the sunny side of the island! Very close to Poipu beach and old town Kōloa, which has a lot of great food! The condo looks just like the photos, and the owners were very nice and texted to make sure we were having a good time or if we needed anything.

This is a spacious and well located property a short drive from Poipu Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It does not have air conditioning but we didn't find we needed it.

Needs updating

Needs updating! . Bathroom is still locked in the 70's and the carpet thru-out, altho fairly new, needs to go. I hate to think how much sand and dirt is in the carpet. Too many dust collectors sitting around that are not functional. Found food stuck to the kitchen floor when we arrived. Needs a good cleaning and the baseboards/window trim/walls need painting No elevator in the complex or assigned parking space.

Budget friendly, good location, small & quiet complex.

We stayed at Waikomo Stream Villas in unit 523 from Nov 2-9, 2018. The condo complex is small and quiet (except for the roosters and bird noise). Location is good - short walk to shopping and restaurants. Very short drive to other shopping, restaurants and many different beaches. Lots of parking and a heavy canopy of trees makes shade for keeping the car cool. With that tree canopy comes LOTS of leaves - so leaving the top down on a convertible isn’t an option even for short stops. The complex has lots of beautiful vegetation and pretty ponds, and of course a stream. There are lots (LOTS) of spider webs outside in the trees - but we didn’t see even one inside our unit. Stay on the paths to avoid webs. Arrival and check-in after hours was very smooth. Keys were exactly where we were instructed to retrieve them etc. Our unit was clean, had abundant windows and several fans for air movement - as is typical with most Kauai condos, there is no A/C. We found it to be comfortable by leaving all windows open and fans going. But by keeping the windows open for air movement, it is impossible to keep out the rooster and bird noises that often start by 5-6 am. Worked out ok for us - But if you want to sleep in, wear ear plugs. The condo has comfortable standard rental style furniture, two nice TVs, granite countertops and fairly new basic cabinets. The flooring is carpet throughout and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Upgrading the flooring would have improved our impressions of the unit considerably. The tub/shower appears to be original but has a newer showerhead. Would also recommend to the owners to upgrade the tub/shower bathroom. Small investments throughout the unit would leave a much better impression with renters. Kitchen has all essentials for cooking although we chose to eat out this visit. The dishwasher works properly but isn’t in good repair (the door binds, doesn’t open flat and it is very dated). Front closet had some beach equipment - but chairs were mismatched (not the same height), beach umbrella stand was there but not the umbrella. There was a large cooler and a few boogie boards. A small investment in 2 good chairs and umbrella for renters to use would be a nice touch. Closet needs to be organized and cleaned. Pool is warmed and the area is clean and has plenty of comfortable loungers. There are bbqs there to use if you plan to cook. Overall good rental for price. Thanks for the stay!
