About this property

Exclusive Quiet Villa in Residential area of Peyia with Private Pool & Sea Views

Villa Madelise is an exclusive, modern 3-bedroom property situated in a private 12-villa cul-de-sac in the picturesque village of Peyia.

The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and is both hot and cold to provide heat in the winter as well as cooling in the hot summer days. Free 100MB wi-fi connection is available in all rooms and around the pool. Plus a full UK and European TV service including Sky Moves, Sky Sports, TNT Sport, BBC, ITV and all of the European sports and TV channels.

The villa is in its private grounds including a private pool (8x4m) with Roman steps for easy and safe access for children. We have extended the tiling by 30 square meters around the pool area to provide more room for sunbathing. New privacy fencing has been installed along the front of the villa to add further seclusion.

Furnished to an extremely high standard upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms all with balconies and sea views, en-suite to the Master bedroom

The living area consists of a large lounge area and a separate well equipped kitchen and breakfast room. The open plan seating area accommodates 6/8 comfortably has patio doors leading to pool and adjoining cloakroom and walk in shower. The high level of furnishings continue including free 20MB Wi-Fi, 50" SmartTV, Satellite TV with 100s of channels. If you have a Netflix account you can log into the TV. There is a PS3 with various games available. We have placed a TV and DVD player in the middle bedroom ideal for the kids to get some time out of the sun.

Every effort has been made to help make your stay here a truly relaxing experience, such as complimentary Prosecco and welcome pack provided for your arrival.

Due to the Covid19 our cleaning team will be disinfecting the villa thoroughly between every guest stay. If you wish to have groceries delivered and in the villa for your stay we can arrange this and provide details of shops delivering during your stay. The villa is on a private road, very quiet and secluded with the majority of villas occupied by residents.

A very chilled week

Really lovely to be back in Villa Madelaise. It is a really well appointed villa in a great location. Ate in the Grande, Getonia, Peyia Tavern. Highly recommend all of these.

A fantastic spacious villa.

A close walk to the nearest bars/restaurants. The Wood n Smoke was our favorite. The food was fresh and fantastic value. It had a local feel to it.

Nice 3 bedroom villa in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in a nice area. Restaurants/cafes close enough to walk to. Within easy reach of Coral Bay. Large supermarket close by too which is very handy. Bakery within walking distance.

We are a two families who have bought this villa for our own enjoyment and holidays as we love the island so much and how family friendly everyone is.

Because we are not able to stay as much as we would love to we rent out our villa for others to enjoy the idyllic island of Cyprus.

As our children have grown up with the villa it is very family and child firendly such as stair gates at top and bottom of stairs.

We like to think peole who stay feel it is their villa and tried to have everything available we would want as a family when staying.

Why they chose this property

It is located in a quite cul-de-sac of just 12 villas. It is so peaceful and tranquil yet only a 5 minute walk to a selection of excellent places to eat and drink. If you wish to just stay by the pool and BBQ or equally you are just a 5 minute car ride and be in the hub of Coral Bay itself. We try to make our villa more than a rental property and a home where you can relax and enjoy with the comforts you would expect along with the beauty of the island and the weather.
