This lovely apartment for the discerning client, with modern furniture, flat screen TVs with UK satellite TV box, free wifi, newly installed bathroom and climate control is situated in the most beautiful part of Nerja old town.
The small modern apartment block is set back from the main road but centrally located in the beautiful and sought after Carabeo area of Nerja, with picturesque winding cobbled streets, whitewash houses and blooming flowers. The apartment is quiet but has easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. The famous Balcon de Europe is only 5 mins stroll from the apartment with no hills to negotiate, therefore suitable for all ages.

This 1 bedroom property sleeps 2 with a spacious lounge, sun terrace for alfresco dining, and a separate kitchen. Parking is available immediately next to the apartment in the main Carabeo carpark, and free parking is available on the streets around the apartment. If you have a car, it is very easy to explore the surrounding area of Nerja and the pretty villages of Frigliana and Maro with its stunning caves. Nerja is also perfectly located for exploring the historic cities of Granada, Seville and Malaga and only 2.5 hours from Madrid by high speed train. Nerja has justifiably won several awards for being the prettiest town in the Costa del Sol. With its year round sunshine and beautiful beaches it is a perfect place to visit at any time of the year for all ages.

Fabulous Apartment

This property is a real home from home. Everything you could possibly need from beach towels to board games and TV choice is phenomenal for those nights you just want to stay in. Host is amazing and extremely helpful. Just a short walk from all amenities. Would definitely recommend

We are frequent visitors to Spain and the Canaries and this is the cleanest , best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in . Everything is on the doorstep just a short walk to 2 beaches , just around the corner from lots of bars ( just explore the back streets for some lovely local tapas bars ) . A 5 minute walk to the main part of town . We had a hire car but to be honest it was parked up apart from a trip to the market at Frigliania and a couple of trips to Chiringuito Mauri on Playoza beach ( recommended ) . This apartment is a credit to Katherine and also Anne who looks after it and we have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone . I contacted Katherine a couple of times before the stay and communications were excellent and she was extremly helpful with everything .

Loved the apartment, central location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Katherine's apartment. It was quiet, very safe and clean. We had our morning coffee on the balcony and sometimes ate lunch there when we were in. Great view from the roof top. We loved the location. you could walk everywhere from the apartment. It was easy to get to restaurants, shopping and the beaches, of course. WE also took the bus to Frigilliana and Malaga (worth the visit, both) and the bus station is also within easy walking distance as is Mercadona, the big supermarket. The Nerja Caves are a MUST to visit. Should we come back to Nerja, we'd definitely rent with Katherine again. Fabulous apartment

We arrived to an immaculate apartment that felt very welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. As others have said, Katherine has thought of everything that you need to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Prior to arrival full information was provided about the safe, wi-fi (which worked perfectly) and other useful bits and pieces. Katherine was a pleasure to communicate with. She genuinely wants her visitors to have a happy holiday! The bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The living room was well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. We know Nerja well and found the apartment very easily but I am sure that the very clear directions would enable a first time visitor to find it as easily! The views from the roof terrace are wonderful. We will be repeat visitors and would very happily recommend to friends and family.

A estadia correspondeu às expectativas. A localização é perfeita ou das melhores para ficar em nerja pois fica bastante perto de duas praias em que o sítio é muito bonito e para além disso é mais calmo que outras ao lado. A estadia também fica perto do centro turístico mais propriamente do Balcony onde poderá encontrar imensos restaurantes e coisas pra fazer. A estadia tem tudo necessário. O anfitrião é bastante atencioso e breve na resposta. Voltaria certamente.

- Positivo +: aire acondicionado, cerca del centro y playa, y el ventilador de la habitación funcionaba muy bien. Piscina tranquila. Tiene productos básicos de alimentación como sal, azúcar, especias... La cortesía de dejar una botella de vino de bienvenida. - Negativo -: todas las instrucciones del apartamento están en inglés. Aunque la dueña sea inglesa, el apartamento está en España, mínimo poner las instrucciones en ambos idiomas. Juego de sartenes y ollas muy malas, se pega todo el alimento. La TV se corta constantemente (imagino fallo de la antena), cuesta mucho trabajo abrir la ventana de la terraza. En el sofá cama es IMPOSIBLE dormir, no es ni para 1 niño. La limpieza mejorable.

Thank you for your response Ana. I agree that there should also be instructions in Spanish. Most of the appliances are in Spanish but the TV is in English and therefore you would have probably not used it properly- it is via the internet not antennae. I will also check the pans and replace if necessary. Thank you- this feedback is very helpful. Regarding the sofa bed- this is not for guest use. It was broken by a previous guest and can not be fixed. Therefore I only rent the apartment to 2 adults (in kingsize bed) or perhaps with a baby (in travel cot). You did not inform me of any children staying - just 2 adults. So you should not have needed the sofa bed. It is really important we are made aware of all guests staying in the apartment. Thank you. Perfecte locatie en een super appartement

Wij hebben 4 nachten van dit appartement gebruik gemaakt. Eigenlijk was alles top vanaf de ontvangst door Hannah tot het uitchecken. Zeer volledige keuken, alles op en top schoon en een prima bed. En binnen 5 minuten in het centrum van Nerja met ook een mooi uitzicht op de zee (en het ochtendzonnetje) op het balkon. Als ik dan 1 puntje wil noemen dat minder was: de slaapkamer ligt aan de gang en daarbij hoor je duidelijk de lift, de buren en schijnt het licht dat aanspringt naar binnen. Zeker een aanrader voor een kort bezoek aan Nerja.

Alojamiento en todo el centro

alojamiento muy bien ubicado al alcance de restaurantes, supermercados, panaderías, el aparcamiento es complicado la ventaja que justo al apartamento hay un parking al aire libre que puedes aparcar por unas horas mientras bajas maletas y luego dar unas cuantas vueltas para encontrar aparcamiento en el entorno, hay autobuses para moverte a otras localidades como Torre del Mar o Málaga. Para ir a Frigiliana cogimos el coche y sin ningún problema llegamos hasta el centro del pueblo y encontramos un parking privado muy cómodo de aparcar, lo recomiendo 100%.

Comfortable, spacious, very convenient & well equipped apartment in an attractive area of Nerja.

We are a couple of pensioners one of whom has limited mobility and used a wheelchair during our stay. The ap’t is in a relatively small 4 storey immaculately maintained building. Access with the wheelchair both to the building and to the ap’t was easy and caused no difficulty. We had a hire car but found that on street parking conveniently close to the ap’t was almost impossible to find and this limited our use of the car. During the Feria (2nd week Oct) parking was totally prohibited on all streets close to the ap’t. The ap’t had everything we needed to allow us prepare and eat our meals when we wished and was larger than we expected for such a centrally and conveniently located property. The rooftop terrace and pool were a big bonus for my wife who found the beaches difficult to access. Unfortunately the TV was not working when we arrived which limited our enjoyment as we depend a lot on it for entertainment and information. It was sorted out after 2 days thanks to tremendous efforts by Pat & Katherine, who were most helpful & patient and all was well. Overall we enjoyed an excellent and restful holiday in a comfortable and superbly located ap’t in a most attractive Spanish resort which has largely remained unspoiled by overdevelopment. We were within easy and level reach by wheelchair of plenty of opportunities for eating, drinking, shopping or just sitting and watching the world go by! Many thanks.

Perfect location and lovely accommodation

This is a lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need and more for the perfect holiday. There is even a shopping trolley so you don't have to carry your beers back from the supermarket. The bed is really comfortable as are the two lovely leather sofas. The cooking facilities are great if you want to eat at home on the lovely little balcony. You are within 5 minutes walk of all the lovely restaurants, shops and supermarkets. And there is a great selection of everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. We would certainly recommend this apartment, it is one of the nicest we have stayed in and Katherine is very helpful with any queries and very quick to reply.

Perfect apartment and position!

A beautiful apartment with lots of space and attention to detail. Very comfortable bed and sofas, everything clean and well looked after. The balcony was the perfect place to sit first thing in the morning and for lunch when it gets the best of the sun. The roof terrace is perfect for later in the day and there is a lovely swimming pool up there too. The apartment is quiet as there is no road nearby - the only cars are those going to adjacent apartments. The entrance hall is lovely, very clean and with lots of pot plants. The small elevator was very useful especially as we are a retired couple! The owner replied quickly when we asked a question and was friendly and very helpful. We found the position of this apartment was perfect for exploring the town on foot - just a short attractive walk to the town and the Balcon de Europa. Within walking distance of all the beaches too and also the bus station. Definitely a great place to stay!

Appartement idéalement situé, proche de la zone piétonne, proximité plage, très propre et fonctionnel. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour (draps et linges fournis, ménage inclus, appareils ménagers et produits d'entretien ..rien ne manquent ! le contact est très facile avec kathrine qui réponds très rapidement aux messages (en anglais of course !) Super fin lägenhet med perfekt läge!

Väldigt fräsch och fin lägenhet med allt som behövs i form av köksredskap, handdukar, strandtillbehör och allt möjligt som kan tänkas behövas för att göra semestern bättre. Vi reste med två små barn så bra läge med nära både in till Balcon Europa och bad med flera olika stränder på nära håll. Vi är mycket nöjda med kontakten med Katherine och fick snabbt svar på alla frågor o funderingar vi hade. Hon var väldigt tillmötesgående med de önskemål vi hade. Så rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och en semester i Nerja.

Very nice apartment, warm welcome and at hand for any issues

Central apartment near to all amenities, well equipt with great wifi, tv and A/c that we didn't need with a lovely through breeze keeping apt cool. Only downside was the roof pool being out of operation, but beaches are close and hotels allow non guests.

Why they chose this property

I was never really a fan of the Costa Del Sol until I came to Nerja. Close enough to Malaga for great transport links, yet far enough away for the fabulous mountains and scenery. There really is a lovely Spanish feel to the place. The old town is pretty, the views stunning and it hasnt been spoilt by high rise buildings.

In Nerja I wanted to be in the old town and close to the lovely bars and restaurants, and as close to the sea as possible. Nerja is quite hilly and so I wanted to stay in the old town so there are no steep hills to tackle and easy access to everywhere.

What makes this property unique

The property is just 125m from the beach, in a quiet location in the beautiful old town. The small apartment block has a lovely courtyard and fantastic communal roof terrace with pool and amazing 360 views of the sea, mountains and town. Perfect to chill out after long day on the beach. It has a small sunny terrace overlooking a pool and partial seaviews.

The apartment is very spacious and modern and decorated to a much higher standard than most holiday lets. I use the apartment a lot myself and wanted somewhere I could call home. There is English TV and wifi.

The location is second to none. Quiet, yet only a couple of minutes walk to the sea and surrounding restaurants.
