You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva airport in Switzerland and 150km from Lyon Satolas airport.



For sports enthusiasts, our house is at the heart of all activities: sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, horse riding, summer sledging, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting, …



In the winter season, magnificent ski resorts such as Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) will be accessible in just 30 minutes. You can practise alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding rides, …

The villa is situated below the road with a slope presenting some elevation change, but access to the bike garage is then easily at ground level.



To facilitate your trips away, we also offer a dead storage garage service on request, allowing you to leave your car safely for a few days.
