It has recently been completely refurbished to a very high quality giving today’s travellers the standards and luxury they now expect. The villa has every amenity you requite from air conditioning, English satellite TV to internet access and Wifi through out. The villa has beautiful terraces and garden areas and is completely walled so creating a large safe and secure area for children to play in. With its large 8m pool it creates a fabulous private and peaceful environment to enjoy your holiday. A lovely place with a large pool, a short walk to beach and restaurants in the city.

A villa with a nice pool, quite,but just a short walk to the city providing restaurants and a nice beach. This all in an area which also offers easy access to see and feel the beauty of Girona and Empuria area. The villa offers a lot of space and is equipped with add on devices like grill, bicycles… We spend a marvelous time in this villa Fully recommended.

A great villa

The villa is excellently placed for the town, beach and amenities. The host is amazing, even the smallest problem sorted promptly. It's clean, well presented and in a traditional style. Fully equipped including three bikes and bbq. Amazing place, thank you Irene.

Villa propre. Pas à la hauteur du tarif ( mini barbecue, Clim salon HS, un grand besoin de rafraîchissement. Intrusion du propriétaire lors du séjour pour ses besoins personnels. Attention interdiction de laisser vos chiens seuls dans la villa sans votre surveillance. (Passage du pisciniste sans prévenir )

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Super Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Betten waren unserer Meinung etwas zu klein aber das ist Ansichtssache, da wir insgesamt vier Kleinkinder dabei hatten waren die Betten entsprechend voll. Auch hier hatten wir Babybetten angeboten bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen.

Top Haus in Top Lage, mehr als empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Empuriabrava war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war ein Traum. Wir genossen die herrliche Gegend mit Aussichten auf die Kanäle und die Nähe zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos und der Check-in verlief problemlos. Irene war immer für uns da, egal, was wir benötigten oder einfach nur wissen wollten. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Nous avons passés une semaine inoubliable début août 2023 dans cette villa avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Grand emplacement sécurisé pour garer 4 voitures fermé par un grand portail électrique, donc sécurisé. Wifi. Le séjour s'est passé de façon très agréable. La maison est parfaite. Une grande piscine, avec un service entretien une fois par semaine. Lave linge et sèche linge, très pratiques. La literie est très confortable, c'est rare dans les locations. Il y a tout le confort, clim dans toutes les pièces, à mettre ou pas, grand téléviseur, tout le confort dans la maison : Linge de maison, draps, serviettes etc... lave vaisselle, cuisinière électrique, plaques de cuisson, cafetière, grille pain. Beaucoup de rangements. De la vaisselle en quantité pour 10 personnes. La plage est à 10minutes à pieds de la villa. Il y a beaucoup de commerces, de bars et de restaurants à proximité. Bref nous avons été très heureux d'en profiter avec toute notre petite famille. Encore merci pour votre accueil Irène. MT

La casa está perfecta. No sé puede pedir nada más. No falta de nada. Se agradece que dejen de todo lo más necesario en la cocina q sino tendrías q comprar tu: pastillas lavavajillas, bolsas de basura, jabón de fregar... La piscina una maravilla.
