Las Rosas is a gorgeous 3 bedroomed villa with private heated pool with jacuzzi
It has just undergone an extensive renovation (finished June 2025), making it into an extremely pretty, modern, airy and bright home.
As, in Medano, we have year long sunshine and average 24C temperatures we have dedicated much thought and pleasure into making the outdoor area (190m2) comfortable and elegant, providing 3 distinct outdoor zones, the pool area with loungers and multi position chairs, with space for kids to play, a beautiful chill out area to the front of the house facing sun-set; also to the front an eating area with BBQ and on the 1st floor, adjoining the master suite, a large private sun terrace with loungers looking out over the ocean.
Neighboured by bungalows the pool at Las Rosas is completely private, as is the sun terrace off the master bedroom. Parking is not a problem.
There is a good wifi signal throughout the villa, including the terrace off the master bedroom

My name is Pauline Martinez Trickey, born in Somerset, England, brought up in Scotland (where my family still live). After having spent 17 years in Geneva I moved to El Medano in 1998, a dream I'd had for about 15 years. 27 years on, here I am, extremely content on my island in the sun, in El Medano, receiving people from all over the world to our village, and very happy to do so.
Why they chose this property
With my mum, while walking one night in 1989, we fell upon a few houses scattered around near the beach at Pelada. One looked empty, so, being nosey by nature (it's a female thing), we looked through the windows when someone came up behind us asking if we were interested in buying. When we were allowed into the property both my mum and I fell instantly in love with it.
In 2005 I added a top floor and swimming pool; in 2025 the house underwent an extensive renovation making it into a gorgeous, clean-line, modern villa with 130m2 living area, 190m2 outdoor areas

What makes this property unique
Since the renovation, there are so many wonderful things to love in Las Rosas, the clean lines, the airiness, space, light, comfortable designer loungers, the expansive outdoor areas 190m2 The fact that there is a very private heated pool with jacuzzi, 40m2 sun terrace facing the ocean and with a lovely sandy beach just 3 minutes away helps too!
