About this property

Beautifully appointed and recently refurbished, 2 bed penthouse apartment

Newly renovated, throughout, to a high standard, our two bedroomed apartment (sleeps 4), with new (2025) A/C in both bedrooms and lounge/dining area and recently installed fibre broadband WiFi, is just a 5 minute stroll to the popular Burriana Beach area of Nerja, with its many cosmopolitan restaurants, beach bars and shops, and just a 20 minute walk into Nerja Town Centre. The apartment is on the top floor (Floor 2), with lift and secure access. A private, undercover and secure parking space is available, at no extra cost.
The well maintained gardens surround the small children's pool and the larger pool.
Days can be spent in the seclusion of our large terrace with its sea and mountain views.
We are now, as required by law of all self catering apartments in Andalucía, fully registered with the Junta de Andalucía (see registration number above)

Wonderful stay in Nerja!

Apartment was great and very well equipped. We especially loved the balcony and enjoyed breakfast out there every day. Very peaceful sitting out on an evening. You can tell it’s a very well cared for holiday apartment. Easy to find and check in straight forward using lock box. Pool was very clean and quiet. Short walk to beach.

Casa Korn is only a 5 minute downhill walk to Burriana beach and its bars and restaurants so the location is perfect. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and well stocked with all the basics like cleaning materials, washing machine pods, crockery, utensils etc. A welcome pack was also provided which was a nice touch as we arrived late in the evening. Communication with the owner Mike was easy and replies were quick. Parking is easy on street but there is a secure garage paring space with the apartment.The balcony is large with sea views and plenty of outdoor furniture. The only minor flaw is the pool area is quite small with no furniture and is in the farthest away block of the complex. However being so close to the beach negates this.

Ha sido un acierto escoger nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Es muy acogedor, te sientes como en tu propia casa. La urbanización es perfecta para ir con niños y la cercanía a la playa de Burriana es genial. Estamos deseando volver a Nerja y volver a este apartamento. Mike es el propietario y es muy amable. Estancia perfecta

Al apartamento no le falta de nada, tiene hasta juegos para los niños y sombrillas para la playa, nos pusieron cuna para nuestro bebé y una bañerita, está muy bien situado y con un parking muy cómodo. Por poner un pero, los colchones de la habitación de dos camas están para cambiar, aunque nuestra hija de 4 años durmió perfectamente.

Provided us with everything and more! We could tell this property is very well looked after and so homely. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk into town. It’s also a 5 minute walk up to the supermarket which is so convenient. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Val and I (Mike) have owned the apartment since February 2008. We have made many changes since taking over, including refurbishing the kitchen and bathroom, installing air conditioning, WiFi and Internet TV, purchasing new, more comfortable sofas, a 5ft bed and dining suite, as well as adding extra touches to the equipment in the kitchen and to the bed linen. We very much want guests to feel that they are in a 'home from home'. We use the apartment regularly for our own holidays and never tire of the charms of Nerja.
We want all guests to leave with a feeling of having had a comfortable and relaxing stay and encourage comments to improve our service in our Guest Comments Book.
We have an excellent manager, who can be contacted whilst in Nerja, who will endeavour to sort out any problems that may arise.

Why they chose this property

We first came to Nerja on a package holiday with our 2 children, then aged 16 and 13 years old, in 2001, and stayed at the Marinas at the far western end of Nerja. What we liked about Nerja was its unspoilt feel. Although never having visited the Costa del Sol, we had images of high rise hotels and construction work going on - this was not the case. Since then we have been coming back to Nerja at least once a year ever since, never tiring of the place. Even now you still get the feeling that it is very much a Spanish town which also has a lot of Brits in residence. Yes, there are English bars and places to eat, but with a little thought, there are still many traditional Spanish places to eat and drink.

What makes this property unique

Because of the relaxed nature of Nerja, holidaying here always leaves you returning home very relaxed and, in our case, wanting to come back for more. The apartment is close enough to Burriana Beach and its amenities, as well as the town itself, to stroll down to, however, it retains a sense of tranquillity by being just that little way back from the 'frontline'.
