"SUNRISE ON SUTTONS BAY" was designed by a local Architect to frame views of the Bay from every room. Pulling Into the Driveway You will see the magnificent blue waters of Sutton's Bay. The Foyer Gives Way to a Two-story Living-room, Vaulted Ceilings, a Gas Fireplace With Gorgeous Two-story Stone Chimney and a Glass Wall of windows With Views from Water to Sky. There Are Several Inviting Seating Areas Including the Living-room With Two Full-sized Sofas, the Loft Library Perfect for Cards and Games With Large Sectional Sofa, and the Screened Porch With Sectional Sofa and Lots of Cushions. Downstairs, there is a large leather sectional sofa and a 70" screen smart tv for a fun family movie night or a rainy afternoon snooze! There Are Additional Areas to Gather Out On the Back Deck and a Charming Swing On the Front Porch.
The Dining Area and Kitchen Look Out Onto the Bay and Have French Doors Leading to the Deck That Runs the Length of the House and is Outfitted With a Gas Grill, Dining Alfresco for 8, Chaise Lounges for the the Sun-worshippers, and a Private Sitting Area Off the Master Bedroom. In Fact...you Will Be So Comfortable in Your Chaise Gazing at the Bay You May Never Be Motivated to Go the 15 Yards to the Water! If It Gets Buggy Or You Want to Nap in the Shade, There is a Roomy Screened Porch With Cushy Sectional Just Off the Dining Area.

The Views Continue in the Very Private, Ground Floor Master Suite Which Also Has French Doors Leading Onto the Deck and a Private Seating Area.

Upstairs, Expansive Two-story Water Views Are Had from the Loft Library That Overlooks the Living Room and Wall of Glass. The Two Guest Bedroom En Suites That Flank the Loft Have Dormers (one With a Cozy Built-in Window Seat, the Other With a Desk Perfect for Your Laptop) Looking Out Across the Bay. Even the Kids' Bedroom Over the Garage Has a Peek of the Bay (and private balcony)!

We Want You to Sleep Better On Vacation Than You Do in Your Own Bed and So You Will Find Oh-so-comfortable Memory Foam Mattresses Topped With Crisp, High Quality Sheets, Down Pillows, Summer Blankets and Duvets.

You Will Also Find Thick, Beautiful Towels in All of the Bathrooms and Beach Towels Stowed in the Laundry/mud Room.

Each of the Three Bedroom Suites Has a Ceiling Fan and Windows On Adjacent Walls for Wonderful Cross-ventilation.
However, the Minute Humidity Strikes, Just Shut All of the Windows and Doors and Turn On the Central Air to Feel Comfortably Dry.

Each of the Three Bedroom Suites Has It's Very Own Full-bath. Marble-topped Vanities, Open Shelving With Baskets, Porcelain Tiles and Kohler and Moen Fixtures Turn Every Bathroom Into a Private Spa. The Master Bath Has a Large Soaker Tub and Separate Shower While the Two Upstairs Guest Baths Have Combination Tub/showers.

The "Children's Suite" sleeps 4 comfortably and is Above The Garage Off the Spacious Mudroom which is also Connected To The Kitchen- There are Three Cozy Twin Beds in White Metal Frames Each with Their Own Nightables, as well as a deluxe twin sofa couch. Great for Quiet Time- and Playing Games on A Rainy Day.

We Also Have Added a Comfortable Downstairs "Playroom" Area with Ping Pong Table, Comfy Couch and a Smart TV - French Doors Lead to the Beach as Well as Lounge Chairs That are in the Shade for Those who Want R&R but not the Heat of the Sun. Our Plan is also to Have an Outdoor Shower and a Place to Hang Your Towels and Hats!

Down at the Water's Edge (15 Yards Away), We Have a Sandy Beach Area and a New Dock That Extends to a Coffee/cocktail "Patio" With Four Gorgeous Blue Adirondack Chairs Offering a Serene Spot to Watch the Sunrise...and in the Evening, the Perfect Respite from an Active Day...with a Local Wine and a Couple of Glasses in Tow. This Dock is NOT to be Used For Tying Up Boats or diving. Even though it extends out 70 feet, the water is still quite shallow. We also added a swim dock not too far away for swimming to and sunning on!

There Are Stones Along the Shoreline So You Might Like to Sport Water Shoes to Wade Out to the Sand and Take a Swim. And There is a Kayak Provided for Your Paddling Pleasure--just be sure to pull it all the way up on shore when not in use.

In the Evening, Singing Around the Campfire On the Beach is a Must! Toasting Marshmallows and Making S'mores is Still Magic for Kids of All Ages...and Especially Not to Be Missed On the Shores of Lake Michigan As the Late, Late Sun Sets Reflecting Orange, Pink and Red Across the Eastern Sky.
