Orange Stone Villa combines very successfully relaxation and peace of mind with modern living. It is located on the edge of Kallepia village, enjoying panoramic Mountain views of the Troodos Mountain range. The surrounding area is overgrown with rich vegetation, plantations and vineyards and lends itself to beautiful walks. Kallepia is a typical semi-rural Cypriot village, with all the amenities and conveniences just a short drive away. Today the village preserves many of its old, authentic features such as the stone built houses with the large courtyards, the great number of pitchers, clay pots, earthenware jars and the stone built wine-press.

Lovely villa in the Cypriot countryside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at George's villa. The location is perfect if you are looking to explore this beautiful island and experience real Cypriot hospitality. We had mountain bikes with us and did some walking too. The villa itself is lovely and clean and well equipped. We made good use of the outdoor shower and pool after a day's exploring. George was a fantastic host - he was very responsive and made regular contact making sure all was well (even offering an additional clean if we wanted). A lovely place if you want to escape from the main tourist parts - we willl almost certainly be back!

stunning location

Just got back from a 15 night stay in stone villa, there was 4 adults in o ur party and we could not of asked for a better holiday on arrival George the owner came to meet us so we could follow him to the villa as it was evening when we arrived there was a welcome pack on arrival so no need to shop till following morning, villa was like home from home everything you needed was there, lovely friendly neighbours who gave us advise on tavernas to eat, there are so many little villages all only 5 minutes drive where you can go and eat, cypriot people are so nice and make you feel very welcome, George was so helpfull any problems he was available all the time, will definetly be returning, a good point of being in the mountains only 10 minute drive to amenities and the air is much nicer than down in pathos nice breeze on very hot days, thank you for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic Villa and Service, we hope to go back.

The villa was better in real life. Facilities all as described. George met us at the airport and showed us the way to the villa, then showed us around and answered any questions. A welcome pack was there on arrival which was much appreciated. We met the neighbours who were also very friendly and helpful. Kallepia is rural so a car is essential. Very peaceful which is what we wanted. There is nothing we can fault about the whole booking/holiday experience and we hope to go back very soon. Family of 4 including 2 teenage kids.

Very pleasant stay at the Stone Villa

I can highly recommend this Villa for a relaxing holiday. Very well equipped for a family, spacious clean accommodation with great facilities including WiFi, Lots of UK TV channels plus movies. Self-Catering very easy with excellent kitchen. George, the owner, showed us round personally and supplied a large welcome pack of groceries. Thank you

Stone villa in a village location

The villa owners are pleasant and helpful people The villa stands in a complex of 7 villas in the village of Kallepia to the north of Pafos If you did not have a car you would feel very isolated. There are a couple of eateries within walking distance of the villa. The villa has most mod cons, with the benefit of WiFi and air conditioning in the rental price. The outside area is compact but has all the facilities for outside living. Minthis Hills Golf is a 5 minute drive away so for golfers it would be a very convenient place to stay.

An excellent Villa

An excellent, well equipped, Villa in a quiet rural location. The stone built finish is more attractive than a lot of recently built Villas and the traditional wooden shutters help keep it cool during the day. The air conditioning is effective (and included in the price), when you need it. There are two good Tavernas in walking distance and it's only a short drive to LIDL for a full shop. The owner is friendly and helpful. Although not essential I would recommend a car, especially if you wish to visit the beaches.

great place

This is a fantastic villa with all the modern facilities perfect for a family. it is also 20 minute drive from the airport. all amenities are available locally within 5 minute drive. The owners are fantastic, warm and very friendly people who came to airport as we arrived bit late in the evening. He drove us to the villa and ensured our stay was very pleasant. i highly recommend this place.

A little bit of paradise

This villa is an absolute delight. Stayed for the second year running and everything about the place is wonderful. Fabulous quality furnishings and beautifully maintained. I am already looking forward to my visit next year!

The property is a atraditionally built stone villa with woodwork and stone as the main theme. It is just two minutes walk from the local tavernas and cofee shops. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can enjoy a game of Golf at the nearby Tsada Golf Course.
