The views are breathtaking. Sugar white sand beaches and the blue water of the Gulf where you are able to watch sunrises from the 7th floor balcony of your vacation condo which sits right on the beach. Free-2 beach chairs/1 umbrella rental available (March 1-October 31).
Unit #704 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen also has a Keurig Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. Full size washer and dryer in unit. All linens provided. No Carpet. No Smoking. No Pets.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath, and great views of the beach.
The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with queen size beds.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room-perfect for children. All bedrooms have flat screen Ruko TV's/cable and WiFi in unit.

There is an indoor heated pool, outdoor and children's pool, sauna, hot tub, workout room, lighted pickle ball/ tennis/basketball courts, and barbecue grill/common area.

Convenient location, 1 mile west of the Beach Express/AL 161, and 4.4 miles west of the Famous Flora-Bama Lounge. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Several golf courses are also in the area, and there are many adventurous opportunities like deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and dolphin tours.
Watch the Blue Angels practice at the National Museum of Naval Aviation at NAS Pensacola or check out Fort Morgan and the Blue Star Museum. Visit the OWA Amusement Park.. Beach/Pool towels are not provided.

Beautiful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo! The location was absolutely perfect, close to dinner spots and right on the water. We had some of the best evening views and loved being able to go downstairs for a walk on the beach. We would love to stay here again!

12 yr Anniversary / Family Beach Trip

Even though this was an impromptu trip, VRBO and the Owners of this condo came through! The location was absolutely perfect, the space and decor within the condo was exceptional, and the building and beach services were also typical of what we usually experience when we actually plan our beach trip in advance. This particular condo was also nice in that the owner’s deal directly with you opposed to a listing agency. This added a personal touch which has won us over completely. We will definitely be booking our next “impromptu” end of school year trip again with these owners, if available. Also, I didn’t rank the property management as we didn’t need to speak to anyone as everything was well kept, clean, and maintained properly. Mark

Good but Could have been better

Booked this unit in early March but was not told about the construction that was occurring until June22. The text stated that construction started in dec. I wish we had been told sooner by the time I was notified it was too late to find another place. Regardless of the lack of disclosure about the construction the building is in a great spot right on the beach. The specific unit was clean but could use some attention, things like the Knife block with 6 knives missing, the leaky coffee pot the dining table that was way to big for the space, the Broken elevator just to name a few. None of these things would have been an issue individually but added together in addition the the balcony that we could not use for half of the week because of the construction it just didn’t live up to my expectations.

Educator get away! The property was serene , allowing the peace of the water and waves inviting .

It was truly beautiful and warming stay ! The area had great food! The area had awesome activities for my daughter. There was something to do daily. We had a great stay in such a serene condo!

Great condo & location!

We loved the condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The entire condo was very modern and nice sized. The owner was very responsive to a question I had prior to our trip. Liked the faux hardwood flooring. The balcony furniture was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!! This was about our 18th trip to this area and this was one of the top condos we have rented over the years.

Great condo! Beautiful views of the gulf and pool from the balcony! The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was with the sofa bed. The mattress was too thin. You could feel the bars when you laid down. Our owners, Kurt and BethAnn, were very accommodating and accessible. Overall, enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. Thanks!

We love the Orange Beach community. We think you will love it too! The condo is very comfortable. Great outdoor balcony sitting, for watching the waves and looking for dolphins. A 43 inch TV and great rocker recliner for when you just want to watch TV.
