Licht und Schatten

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage. Trotz der Größe der Anlage bekommt man von den anderen Bewohnern so gut wie nichts mit. Parken ist schwierig. Alles was größer wie ein VW-Touran ist, passt nicht in die Garage! Auf der Strasse ist es so gut wie unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Der Verkehr ist enorm. Zugfahren ist daher viel praktischer. Tipp: Tickets online kaufen. Es gib nur einen Automaten am Bahnhof- wenn er funktioniert und keine Schlange davor steht. Vieles lässt sich auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber eigentlich sehr schön und angenehm. Im Detail lässt die Sauberkeit jedoch sehr sehr zu wünschen übrig. Stechmücken gibt es leider reichlich. Wir hatten uns bei der Anreise massiv verspätet. Check in hat trotzdem top funktioniert.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung, Super Ausstattung mit 2 Bädern, 2 Toiletten, Pool, Terrasse mit Mobilar, Küche perfekt eingerichtet... Nichts fehlt...Keine Spur mehr von der Stechmückenplage. Alles Paletti... Aber Nizza ist nicht weit...Fluglärm, keine Parkplätze und Trubel und die ganze Cote erstickt im Verkehr...

Relaxing Stay in Juan les Pins/Antibes

A lovely relaxing stay was enjoyed by myself and a friend . The property met all of our needs, a bedroom and a bathroom each and the piece de resistance was the amazing outside terrace where we spent many hours when not out and about taking in the sights and sounds of the beautiful Cote d’Azure.

Die Schwaben

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, eine Microwelle die wir zwar nicht gebraucht haben, wäre allerdings nicht schlecht. Für die defekte Nespresso Maschine bei Ankunft wurde nach kurzem Anruf beim Vermieter umgehend eine nagelneue Maschine organisiert ( TOP). Die große Terrasse mit dem Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage ist super. Das die Wohnung etwas oberhalb von Juan les Pins liegt hatte uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, haben wir aber als Gehbehinderte etwas unterschätzt( kann aber Keiner was für). Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Lebensmittel, Bäcker, Metzger etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Nun zu den Nachteilen: Eincheckzeit war von 15.00-17.00, wir waren um15.30 da, wurden aber von der Raumpflegerin erst pünktlich um 17.00 rein gelassen, bei über 35° und nach 8Stunden Anfahrt nicht sehr angenehm, hatten um 16.45 telefonisch mal angefragt ob wir evtl. schon rein könnten. Antwort: Es ist noch keine 17.00Uhr, Punkt 17.00Uhr hat es dann geklappt. 2.In Antibes einen Parkplatz zu bekommen ist fast unmöglich (zum Glück ist eine Garage beim Mietobjekt dabei). 3.Nehmen Sie literweise Mückenabwehrspray mit, so verstochen wie in diesem Urlaub waren wir noch nie. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit

Eva and Peter are a retired couple from Sweden who spend about 3 months a year in our apartment, now for rent. We love to keep the apartment and the garden well maintained. During our stays we try to keep fit through jogging, walking and golfing with friends at one of the several golf courses within 30 minutes driving distance.
We shop in both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins and often take the train to Cannes (11 min's) or to Nice (30 min's) for shopping and restaurant visits.

Why they chose this property

We retired and moved from Belgium to Sweden and wanted to keep in touch with the french culture. Through many earlier visits we had found the area between Nice and Cannes attractive with Antibes as the crown jewel. Closeness to the sea was also a condition.

What makes this property unique

The high location in a quiet surrounding allows us to share our time equally between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. The property is very well maintained with flowers in season and up-to-date repairs to malfunctioning items. The property is fenced in with gates and hence very secure.
