Private three bedroom home with a pool and large deck facing the South Branch of the Potomac River. Five hundred feet of direct river access for trout fishing and small mouth bass. Large private yard with National Forest bordering the property. Great location for hunting, fishing, tubing, swimming, kayaking and much more. The house is super cute and very clean. We really enjoyed the views of the river and trees from the back deck. The gas fireplace inside the living room made it very cozy.

Great mountain house

Our stay at the smoke hole riverhouse was fantastic! The location is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, the pool, fire pit, and the great fishing behind the house. The decor is so cozy. My kids enjoyed the large yard. We will be back for many summers!

Family vacation

PEACE and QUIET

This is my second time staying here. If you want peace and quiet this is it. If you're the type that doesn't need to be busy all the time, this is the place to rest. The owner is kind and great to work with.

The house was spotless absolutely adorable so comfortable loved the pool and the deck. We had a wonderful relaxing time. This process was so easy. We plan to come back again and again. Lovey family get together.

We had a wonderful time at the Smoke hole house The weather was perfect for swimming and fishing. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool and had a fantastic time. They’ve already asked me when we were going back. My daughter, son-in-law and twin grandsons had a wonderful time fishing. The fish were abundant and they caught several. ( they catch and release.) The house itself is very clean and the property is well-maintained. Our family will definitely be going back.

This property joins with my grandmothers property which I have now inherited. It was where I spent every Sunday as I was growing up. It is a place of solitude and comfort to me. Listening to the river as it flows by is so peaceful.

The 500 feet of direct access to the river is this properties most unique feature. The private pool is also a unique feature.
