GOLF, ONLY A MINUTE WALK AWAY SITUATED ON THE PRESTIGOUS VALE DO MILHO GOLF COMPLEX, THIS DETACHED VILLA IS A TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CENTEANES BEACH. Also within a short walk, there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities such as tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants and bars and is home to two outstanding Pestana Golf courses.



The villa comprises one double bedroom with en suite facilities and two further twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the pool and terrace area. There is also an entrance WC.



There is a spacious lounge and dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Doors from the dining area lead to the inner patio which has a built in seating area and BBQ and has stairs leading up to the roof terrace. The villa is well appointed and furnished throughout.



The swimming pool has a separate children's area for little ones and is surrounded by a spacious terrace. There is a further built in BBQ and seating area.



The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Casa Floresta is a beautiful, clean, luxurious villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is fantastic and we would highly recommend Katherine as a host. There was a maid service twice during our 10 day stay and the pool was also cleaned during our time there. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful part of Portugal and plan to return. 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa it is a beautiful villa, very spacious and extremely clean lost of different places to explore and visit the beaches are beautiful. The whole family is want to return.

We enjoyed our stay in Katherine's home. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Fully equipped. Even in December we used the pool. The location is beautiful and walking distance to the shore. The place is great for many great trips. We felt the king too rich here in this villa!

We loved staying in this calm and beautiful villa. The bedrooms and inside area was clean and very well kept. The kitchen had all you could need and lots of room in the fridge! The outside area was beyond perfect and really well kept. Very quiet and relaxing. The only thing I would note is that we did not want to walk to the main town area as it was very hilly and slippery so got Taxis (very affordable at €3-5), however it may be ideal to rent a car! We would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful place!

Accomodation was great. Not a complaint, just a comment - A car would be better due to distance from supermarket but still accessible on foot (35min walk there and the same back). A small shop 10mins away but only for essentials. Will definitely consider booking it again in the future.

Generally a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in well appointed luxury villa. A lot of building work in the neighbourhood made it noisy during the day. A little awkward on the departure day with cleaner turning up very early in the morning

Another Algarve delight

Beautiful property in a great location for popular beach and good restaurants. Whole process very easy re book, arrive, use, depart. On first day we got a visit to check all ok. We mentioned that a tray to get things from kitchen to outdoor seating would be great - it arrived that afternoon. One of us is a bugs favourite meal so the excellent bug screens on every window and door were perfect. Definitely stay again.

Fantastic...!

As a family of 6 we were really pleased with our holiday this year all round. From booking, liaising with the agent and arriving at the accommodation all went very smoothly. The villa was spacious and fab, well located on a lovely big plot with lovely pool and veranda. It is also a nice and simple 20 minute walk into Carvoeiro (via the boardwalk which is amazing or via restaurant hill - recommend Gumtree restaurant) and the town itself is simply stunning! Small mini markets nearby but Intermarche only 10 mins in car/taxi. Will definitely return and can highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Just as described!

When booking a villa you never know how accurate the photos will be but we were over the moon. The cleanliness, the space, the layout, the pool, the roof terrace - no listed pictures of this but you have sea views and a place to dine up there! Also it is so well equipped! There was nothing I could have asked for. Our children are 4&6 and just loved the holiday. The shallow end of the main pool is quite deep and my 6 year old, who can swim, couldn’t touch the bottom. Not so much of an issue but worth noting. They loved the pool and the pool guys came at least twice and were super friendly. The area the villa is based is perfectly located. It’s quiet but within easy reach of shops, bars and also a beach (although a lot of seaweed) with a cafe/bar. Lots of hills and steps around so if you struggle with mobility this could be tough. We had a car but the Ubers were also very reasonably priced if needed. Communication with the team has always been very good. I have already started looking at their other villas as a bigger group of us next year. If there wasn’t more of us then I would be back to this Villa as I loved every moment

Beautiful Villa

This was a family of 4 adults visiting and we had an amazing time. The Villa has 3 double (or 3 twin) rooms, one with en-suite. Well appointed and a great location - would highly recommend and would stay again.

Maison super !

Nous étions super bien placés avec mon mari et nos enfants 7 et 4 ans, à 750m de la plage de cantianes, la maison conforme aux photos du site, la communication avec la propriétaire au top ! le ménage est bien inclus, par contre le seul petit bémol est que la cuisine était sale à notre arrivés, des traces de doigts partout (placards, frigo) et le micro-onde nous l'avons nettoyer mais le four était vraiment sale pour nous et bien évidement pas de pyrolyse pour nettoyer le four. La maison était super bien les enfants se sont très bien amusés dans la piscine, idéale pour un séjour en famille.
