Absolutely amazing view from the balcony. We loved all the deer that would just walk right up to us, the friendly neighbors gave us deer corn to hand feed them (the 8 point buck was the star of the show). We chose this villa as it was close, very close to our trip to October in Oz. Very neat, clean beautiful Villa. We will definitely be saving this one to our Favorites. Host was extremely nice, quick to respond to our messages and calls.

As advertised, the view was spectacular. However, the villa property was under construction which created not only a tremendous amount of noise thus canceling our expectations of a peaceful, relaxing visit but made access in and out of the unit very difficult. Although dated, the unit was very clean and well stocked; but, it is not senior friendly.

Thomas thank you for taking the time to review your stay and our property. As I explained to you by email the contractor working on infrastructure repairs at Northridge Villas advised at the time of your booking and up to your arrival assured me the repairs would be complete and not impact your stay which as you have said was not the case. We are very sorry your stay was impacted. We have offered and continue to offer a refund for your stay as a result of this negative experience.
