THE MOUNTAINS ARE CALLING! Amazing all season, 80 mile views (4700 ft) from the great room windows and expanded deck never get old! Exceptional, level entry, 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa provides a wonderful and relaxing retreat setting for winter snow, cool summers, and fall colors. Town of Beech Mountain is highest elevation of any incorporated town in the Eastern US. Beech Mountain Club golf course views and 1/2mile (3 minutes) to Ski Beech Mountain Resort. Large great room with gas fire place, fully equipped and updated kitchen, /internet/WiFi, wall mounted flat screen TVs, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, Sleeps 6 with king and queen tempurpedic mattresses downstairs and king upstairs. Downstairs guest bedroom includes private sink/vanity. Easy access to Ski Beech Mountain includes skiing, snowboarding, tube run, and ski village because we are located past the Beech Mountain Road entrance to the parking lot so you won't be caught in the traffic up and down the mountain. Beech Mountain ski lift to 5506 sky bar and downhill mountain biking trails in summer. Access to Beech Mountain Club available with transfer of sports membership includes heated pool, dining, tennis, golf, pickleball, and more. Hiking, fishing, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Seven Devils Zip Line, and Blue Ridge Parkway are within short drives. Small dogs considered for pet fee in summer/fall (please provide pet details with rental request). Dogs not allowed during winter ski season. Deer and wildlife galore.

Chadi: Thank you for taking the time to review and rate our property. While we certainly respect your opinion we are surprised regarding your comment on painting since our entire unit with the exception of doors was painted in 2023 and are not aware of any peeling paint. While we have never had a complaint about any “smells” in our Villa we always have our cleaning crew monitor things such as that and refresh our Villa prior to guest arrival.

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful condo! I wish we could have stayed longer because it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The highlight is that view! We sat outside and watched the stars during the evening and in the morning woke up early and saw the most spectacular sunrise! Highly recommend!

The view is magnificent! The kitchen is very well-equipped. The space was comfortable and commodious for the four of us. Although the temperatures were slightly above normal, the villas remained cool. Don't miss the breakfast at Fred's General Store.

The house was nice but the view was AMAZING! There were deer everywhere! They wóuld walk ríght up to you. We were also able to bríng our dog. The master bed wàs véry comfortable. Thomas was one of the nicest men to help us in every way!

Wonderful views & great location

We had a wonderful time, clean property and the owners made it super easy and gave lots of details for us to know exactly what to do and how to get into the property. Wildlife everywhere and so much fun to just experience that! Spectacular views and great location close to everything Beech has to offer.

Tom and Karen Bonfield live in Sunset Beach, NC and fell in love with the North Carolina mountains shortly after moving to North Carolina in 2008 from Florida. After spending time throughout the North Carolina mountains we decided Beech Mountain was the best place for a vacation home.

Why they chose this property

NRV 17 sits at approximately 4700 elevation and summer days rarely exceed 75 degrees. We love the 80 mile, panoramic year round views and convenient access to everything the northwest North Carolina Mountain area has to offer. While we do not ski we love to be so accessible to the Ski Beech Mountain resort for our three children, spouses and grandchildren to enjoy.
