Lovely unit with very well equipped kitchen and plenty of balcony seating. Attentive hosts. We have stayed at Splash for several years now since the littles came along and this is my favorite unit. I will be contacting Sugarsand again for our next stay. The food options at Splash have improved, everyone was happy with lunch offerings. You won’t be disappointed with this unit or with Splash for family fun.

This was our second year at splash (not the same condo). Everything was so enjoyable. The pools, the beach, having the food/drinks on-site. Everyone was nice.The room was clean and had everything we needed.The host was kind and responded quickly.

Balcony was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. Pigeon poop all over the place to where you couldn't sit on the furniture. Ruined the trip. Furniture was outdated. The blinds in the bedroom and on the balcony had problems. Host was nice enough. Beach view was fine.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very friendly as well, and when we came someone had already toddler proofed the place which was great having such young kids. The condo was very homie and just an overall amazing experience and my kids loved the pool and the water park area

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Quiet. Room as described. Parking garage was nice. Didn’t use water features but they looked awesome and kids would love this place. Alvin’s across the street. Cafe on premises. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the resort. The resort needs some updating but the pools, water splash area, and lazy river was great! The bar area and simple restaurant was so convenient! The host was super easy to communicate with, the condo worked out great for my family!
