My luxury 2 bedroomed apartment is set on the ocean front with wonderful views down coast. Its totally recently renewed & available for year round holidays. 2 Balconies for a chill out. Free WIFI. 70 channel TV. The best you can have for families & kids. 100m away from a playground. Miles of restaurants and evening entertainment just down stairs. Garage. Walk down to Vilamoura marina on an evening. Go to Zoo Marine 20 mins drive and well worth a day visit. A walk down the promenade to the fish, fruit and vegetable market is a must!The Aqua Show water park is located 5 mins away. Several Golf courses are within a 5 min drive. UPPS! I was alomst forgetting my hometown! Loulé. Here you cant miss the saturday morning daylife. Two markets on one morning! The gipsy market. And the farmers market: in and outside the beutiful market hall on the beutifull main avenue "Avenida da República". At my apartment you can expect to find a personalized self catering apartment. Be my guest.

Nolita was an awesome host and being first time using VRBO in Portugal, her prompt communication and helping us check in was really appreciated. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable and the views were amazing. If we come back to the Algarve, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and apartment!

This was a great spot for a week in the Algarve! Very clean, had everything we needed (including heat), and is centrally located to easily travel to other towns. The long beach and boardwalk, as well as the beautiful sunsets, were wonderful. Good communication with the lovely host. We would definitely stay again if back in the Algarve.

Wonderful Place

Apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped and centrally located with beautiful views of the water from the balconies/windows. Great restaurants are within walking distance and we enjoyed daily strolls along the promenade. Check in was efficient and any questions for Nolita were promptly answered. Great stay at a very nice apartment. Only a few steps from the most beautiful beach with boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Walking distance to indoor and outdoor markets, pastry shops and boutiques. Family beach vacation

We were a family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Everything was perfect! The apartment is very well located, has great views of the ocean and it’s very well equipped. We were able to walk everywhere, lots of restaurants, bakeries and groceries close by. The appartment was very clean as well. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to return one day!!

Awesome apartment

Very clean, modern and close to the beach; no need to pack for the day you can just go downstairs to the beach and come back for lunch. Everything went perfectly and the garage with parking helped because parking in Quarteira can be a challenge! Very tight parking space tough, need skills and small car, just like anywhere in Europe I guess.

It was spacious, modern , 80 yards to the beach, cafes, supermarket. Things tended to be half the price the same things were in next door Villamoura. The fish restaurants were superb. To top it off our host Nalita was a star. After our booking she was in contact with us several times, also during our stay and always answers our calls immediately on WhatsApp. She met us on arrival and showed us around the property. It was 5 star and she was 5 star plus

Apartment with a view

Apartment according to pictures. Kitchen is well equipped (cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster coffee maker...). Seaview over next (lower) building from all dining room windows as well as from small balcony. Balcony facing east, so sunny in the morning. Beach promenade with cafes and restaurants just one house away and only pedestrian in this sektor. We had a nice stay, good communication with host.

Fantastic position!

The apartment is wonderful. Clean and well stocked with all you need. It is positioned so close to the sea - just wonderful. The promenade is a few steps away and is great to walk along in either direction. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the communication issue for check-in. The owner was on holiday and we were not advised that the person meeting us would be waiting in the street. This apartment is in a block surrounded by other apartments, so had I not contacted the person meeting us we would not have known where to go.

I live in Portugal for over 40 years now. I was born in Australia but all my family is Portuguese, from Loule - a small city 10km away from Quarteira. I live with my husband and our 2 boys (23 and 17 years old).

Why they chose this property

We live 10 km away from Quarteira but we love the beach. We live too far!
When I saw this apartment on sale I immediately decided to buy it. Being 20 footsteps away from the sand/ from the beach is a different thing!! This is the perfect location to relax when we have kids full of energy. We go there every time its possible.

What makes this property unique

The fact that is is On the beach and ON the promenade is a WOW factor!
