500m from the village, 2km from the golf, 2. 5 km of beaches.
Inside, living room and 46m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with queen size bed and wardrobe, one with double bed and closet and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (one with wardrobe). A large bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin.
Separate toilet. Storeroom with shower, washing machine, freezer. Garage.
Outside, enclosed garden of 800m ² with large partly covered terrace, garden furniture 8/10 people, plancha, washing line and sandbox.
Possibility of loan bicycles, high chair. Pets are allowed after agreement.

Das Ferienhaus bei Moliets an der Atlantikküste ist ein stilvoll eingerichteter Rückzugsort in ruhiger Lage. Mit einem schönen Pool und liebevollen Details bietet es perfekte Erholung. Die herzlichen Gastgeber machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Obwohl das Haus kein WLAN hat, lädt die Umgebung dazu ein, wirklich abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen. Die Nähe zur Küste und die traumhafte Ruhe machen es zum idealen Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub abseits des Trubels. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Surf-Urlaub in schönem Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer neuen, ruhigen Siedlung. Bäcker (La Pomme de Pin, dringende Empfehlung) und der Supermarkt im Ort sind schnell zu erreichen. Man hat in der Nähe die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen sehr schönen Sandstränden. Der Strand in Moliets-et-Maa und im benachbarten Messanges kann auch mit Hund (an der Leine) besucht werden. Das Haus war blitzsauber und der Pool herrlich. Direkt in der Nähe des Hauses gehen schöne Wege zu einem See. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett.
