Lakeview is one of Three holiday barns at Lodge Farm Holiday Barns in Bawburgh Norfolk - Sleeping up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. 12mins drive from the centre of Norwich and 45 mins to the nearest beach. Private garden, Lake views, use of grounds with 2 acres and ample parking. We prefer to offer Friday to Friday bookings, please message me if different. Free underfloor heating and wifi plus many extras. All you'll need for a comfortable stay inc dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod etc All barns are 4* Gold Visit England graded with outdoor patio areas and BBQ's. Plus playground for the kids, picnic areas and lakeview walking.
Sorry no pets but The Courtyard barn is pet friendly.
We also have The Dairy one bed barn on VRBO

We are a family run business with Lodge Farm Holiday Barns being on the site of Lodge Farm a grade 2* listed Jacobean property lovingly restored back to life from the properties in endangered list. Set in 2 acres of beautiful lakeside grounds in a county wildlife area. We are all very hands on - me running the business and a cookery school here in Lodge Farm - Kitchen. Occasionally I get my children to help out and me and hubby are carrying on the mission of landscaping but we all love Lodge Farm - its a magical place to be and to holiday in one of the three barns.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Lodge Farm 3 years before we bought her in auction - we were outbid the first time, so when we saw her up for sale again we went for it. Our lives completely changed - living in a caravan for a year while we renovated the Victorian side of the house, then we moved on to the very badly damaged Jacobean, moving in a day before Christmas. Then it was money juggling to get the barns up and running. Lakeview was first and then after some more begging and borrowing we managed to complete The Dairy and The Courtyard. Lodge Farm and Lodge Farm Holiday Barns are surrounded on three sides by Bawburgh Fisheries a very large Lake. We have 2 acres here of woodland, lake side walks, a newly planted orchard, a children's playground with zip-wire it's just a beautiful place.

What makes this property unique

Even though Lodge Farm Holiday Barns is in the country surrounded by Lakes and farmers fields, close to the quaint village of Bawburgh with its river running alongside the village green and its gastro pub - it's only 10 minutes drive in to Norwich City Centre. Norwich has so much to offer like 200 independent shops down the lanes and cobbled streets, a deep medieval history, lots of museums, a castle and 2 shopping centres all within walking distance of each other. Lodge Farm is 5 minutes from the UEA, the NNU Hospital and the Norfolk showground - as well as being close to the A47 the drive way to North Norfolk, London and a whole host of surrounding villages and seaside towns. Norfolk is a great place to bring the family we have things to fill every day - or just enjoy the playground at Lodge Farm
