The villa has a cul de sac position on a large enclosed landscaped plot with Large 10M swimming pool (heating at additional charge €40 pd excl jan to end feb). Sea views from the first floor. Ten minutes walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and the main strip. The private swimming pool has Roman steps is surrounded by patio and a landscaped garden and fruit trees. Three bedrooms, one en suite with large outside lounge terraces, with fab views , dressing room to the first floor, second and third bedroom and bathroom to ground floor .The kitchen is large and well equipped, with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Lovely lounge with leather settees, fireplace TV, DVD, sat TV and WIFI. The brick built barbecue stands in the garden close to the covered outside dining. There is plenty of off road parking space along with a covered pergola for shade. We have a full alarm system for added peace of mind.The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Still walking distance from the strip and local amenities. Brilliant outdoor space with very large pool. Everything inside was clean and worked well. Aircon and showers both very good. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Beautiful Villa

Nice quiet location 15 minute walk to the strip for restaurants and 20 mins to beach. Villa has everything you need and wonderful pool. Great communication from Lisa and Felix and tips for dining and car rental and the welcome package was a nice touch.

The villa was in a great location - coastal, supermarket less than 5 mins away by car, furniture very comfortable (not always the case in holiday properties ) with Uk tv as a bonus on rainy evenings. Also very private. Would love to stay again

Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful.

Ideally situated for our short Easter break. Beach, restaurants and supermarket all in walking distance. Perfect location for exploring this area of Cyprus. Very helpful hosts made it easy to plan our booking. Well recommended.

We love this Villa! Great, villa, great pool and great location!!!

Great villa, well designed and nicely furnished with everything you need. The pool is a good size and the outside BBQ and eating area works well. Coral Bay has a lovely beach and lots of restaurants. Phillipos supermarket is amazing for fresh food, BBQ meats and the bakery, loads to do around paphos for day trips and adventures.

AMAZING

Amazing villa for our honeymoon

Lisa and Felix were amazing hosts! Easy to get in touch with and were let us check out late The villa is located in a perfect location, close to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the villa was great, so clean and well equipped Pool was nice and warm without the need for heating Cant wait to stay at this villa again soon!

Lovely stay

Villa is spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool area. Hosts were excellent and quick to respond. Walking to and from town is along a busy road with no street lights so good idea to pack a little torch.

Nice house, good hosts ,Coral Bay not great at the moment because large areas are dug up/ closed off but that should be finished soon.

Hi, We are so pleased you had a fabulous stay with us and loved the villa standards and facilities and found the central heating. Very useful and beneficial being winter. The improvement works on the strip are obviously out of our control. However we did leave you details of all the bars and restaurants that are open throughout this which is most of them plus where you get discounts from and how to access them. in addition, we have all a lovely seafront restaurants around Coral Bay and Sea Caves that are open plus everything is normal in Peyia village so plenty to choose from. The improvements will be completed April this year And the whole of the strip will be absolutely lovely. Kind regards. Lisa

This is a fantastic villa and in such a good location. The villa is amazing inside and out.The highlight of course being the 10m x 5m pool. As a family we spent many happy hours relaxing round the pool and playing games in it. The depth of the pool is approximately 5', so whilst it is not suitable for diving it was perfect for playing water volley ball and other ball games.Inside the villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con in the bedrooms very effective and welcome.There is a very good and large supermarket within a 6 minute walk or a few minutes drive. The supermarket has a really good butcher and fish monger. The Coral Bay Strip is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The first 5 minutes is along the main road (we took a torch just make sure we could be seen at night). The "Strip" has a lots of bars and very good restaurants serving high quality food with lots of choice.We were very sad to leave at the end of the 2 weeks and will certainly be coming back!

Beautiful villa with super views

This villa is just as described in the on line details what the photos show is how the villa presents. The views from the upstairs terraces are wonderful with sunsets across the sea. We really enjoyed it all, Felix was around looking after the pool answering any questions but never intrusive, perfect.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The villa fulfils every requirement for the perfect holiday any time of year! Its spacious , modern, well built, it has large garden, fully enclosed, 10m pool with the option of pool heating (€40 pd) for those colder months. The villa has under floor heating so really can be let 12 months a year.
