Seashore is situated at the apex of the beautiful Payne's Bay - just a mile south of Sandy Lane Hotel on the prestigious St James west coast of Barbados.

The property is close to all amenities including grocery stores, banks, duty-free shopping, restaurants, bars and a state of the art cinema. Getting around is easy, frequent public transport or taxis are readily available or a rental vehicle can be arranged if you prefer.

With its beach-front position, water-sports of all types can also be arranged for you or for a more relaxing time, laying on the beach, a nice dip in the ocean and snorkelling on the reef are the perfect way to spend the day.

Barbados has something to offer for every taste, with the ocean, our caves and forests or a day of shopping we are happy to suggest the perfect day out for you and your family or friends. We are proud to offer a very personal service and can be as available as you require. We can make suggestions of things to do and places to go, book your outings or arrange a taxi service or a rental vehicle for you.

If your family consists of 1-4 members you can rent the house with only 2 bedrooms. Special rates apply.

Brilliant stay

A beautiful house on the beach. Perfectly situated for local restaurants and shops. Sarah was an amazing host and Quincy was more than helpful. Making us feel at home from the moment we arrived in beautiful Paynes Bay. Everything you could wish for for a great stay.

A wonderful stay!!!

Wally is fantastic and so accommodating. The house is right in the beach on the West coast (aka. The best coast) and Sarah (house manager) and Quincy (property upkeep) were friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The property and beach were prepped each day, we had our own beach loungers set up. Quincey even put out sand toys for my younger son to play with (ie. bucket, shovel, digger, etc) and also got us fresh coconuts to enjoy. Be sure to bring bug repellent, the sand fleas are brutal! The ocean was spectacular… we swam all day and watched the sun set each evening. Going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the ocean is the thing I will miss most! The house is clean and has everything you need - feels like a cottage… not luxury, but homey and you won’t feel like you’re going to break something. Perfect for families! While on the main strip, we did not find it out. There will be evenings that you hear music, but by 9pm, it is quiet. Be sure to walk the beach at low tide, you can explore and see Sandy Lane hotel and private residences on the way. You can find the prettiest shells and coral! Barbados has won our hearts and we will be back soon!

Fabulous location and Sarah ,Fiona and Quincy could not be bettered. The house is quite tired. Need better waste management systems. No better spot for sunsets every evening.

idyllic spot!

Wonderful position on Payne’s bay next to Bora Bora. Good location for eating out at Mr Vic , positano, roti Den and the Gazebo all within easy short walk! Brilliant beach for swimming and water sports and lazing on the sun beds. Quincey raked the beach daily and arranged our umbrellas and sunbeds and Fiona the house keeper does a fantastic job! Hope to return one day soon😊🇧🇧

a great place to stay right on the beach, we loved it!!

A small beach house right on the beach, we loved it!! Bruce took care of our beach chairs everyday. The only thing I personally did not like, was cruise ship day, chairs were sit-up in front of us on the beach, blocked our view. We would go back again.
