Beautiful and luxurious villa with heated pool and free Wi-Fi in Playa Blanca.

New villa in Playa Blanca, quiet residential urbanization with private pool, thermal blanket and electric air conditioning supplement 60 euros week from October to May and June 40 to September barbecue, internet, wi-fy, plus channel with all channels open, parabolic German and English, all free. Materials, furniture and appliances of first quality. It is located 1.8 km from Playa Dorada and 1.5 kms from Marina Rubicon, close to Papagayo beaches.
It consists of two floors:
- Ground floor: independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, ..., washing machine room and ironing center. A room with double bed (pillows and mattress viscolasticos), t. v. Bathroom Large living room with dining room, TV 55 "curve, chaislong and lights with remote control, from which we access the pool area equipped with great furniture (sun beds, umbrella, tables chairs, barbecue and TV 47").
-Plant 1: we find a room with a bed of 1.80 first visco qualities, with TV 42 ", the room overlooks a large terrace overlooking the sea and Fuerteventura, we also find a large bathroom.
You will enjoy the sun all the misfortunes to its south orientation. 30kms airport

Great villa and Host.

We found the property had everything that you could want for a lovely relaxing break. Spacious clean the shower was excellent the pool a nice size and cleaned regularly. We would definitely recommend this villa to others. And the box of desserts on arrival was a very special treat and the wine.Great host. We will definitely return.

Beautiful vacation

Villa equipped with everything needed for the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms and the heated swimming pool. Very close to the center of Playa Blanca and the beaches of Papagayo and Playa Dorada. Jonathan always very helpful.

Lovely villa.

The villa is exactly as described, very clean comfortable and well equipped. We loved just relaxing by the pool. Jonathan is an excellent host who responds instantly to any queries. The welcome pack is excellent, especially all the pastries. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay in August. The villa was well equipped the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was really good. Definitely pay the bit extra to get the pool heated. Wir waren in der ersten Februar Woche in dieser Wohnung und waren nicht begeistert !! Luxuriös ist etwas anderes für uns. 10 Jahre alte Wohnung mit vielen Mängeln. Die obere Terrasse war schmutzig mit vielen Zigaretten Stummeln. Der Handtuchhalter unten auf der Terrasse hing nur noch an einen Haken. In der Küche war eine Schranktür komplett defekt. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen. WLAN war ok.Mit das schlimmste war aber der abendliche schlechte Gullygestank der ins Haus kam !!Das Haus ist leider keine Empfehlung.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen:Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Ausstattung ist super. Der Pool ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Gabriela war freundschaftlich und sympatisch. Wir freuen uns, nächstes Jahr wieder zukommen.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. Spacious for 4 adults. Small snag with pool heating but quickly rectified. Tv was constantly buffering so couldn’t watch any tv. Thought it was the weather conditions first few days it rained but was like it the whole 2 weeks. Poor internet we think. Not that you watch a lot of tv on holiday but would have liked maybe an hour at night before bed. However this would not stop us from returning to this beautiful villa again next year.

Vacaciones en Septiembre

Fantástica villa para pasar las vacaciones. Con muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos en coche de Marina Rubicón, es una urbanización muy tranquila. Jonathan nos recibió con un detalle de bienvenida que es de agradecer, muy atento y disponible para cualquier duda o problema en todo momento. La villa está totalmente equipada, no echamos nada en falta. La parte exterior es muy amplia, con piscina, barbacoa y mobiliario. Tal y como se ve en las fotos. Volveremos! :)

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in...

Prachtig, schoon en groot huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden zijn superieur, zo ook het (tegen betaling) verwarmde zwembad! Voor vragen was Jonathan zeer goed en vlot bereikbaar. 1 klein minpuntje: de bank zit niet echt lekker.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jonathans Haus sehr genossen. Bis auf ein paar fehlende oder zu erneuernde Kleinigkeiten ( Haushaltschere fehlt, Bratpfannen müssten erneuert werden und Besteck für Benutzung der Spülmaschine zu wenig vorhanden) war es für uns perfekt. Gastgeber Jonathan war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei aufkommenden Fragen. Vielen Dank nochmal .

Sonne im November

Die Lage ist ganz okay einen Tage und eine Nacht war eine sehr laute Party im Nebenhaus sonst ist es wohl eine ruhige Wohngegend. Die Küche könnte eine gründliche Reinigung mal vertragen vor allem der Backofen und der Kühlschrank. Die Pool Wärmepumpe ist sehr laut sollte man sich also überlegen ob man sie dazu bucht. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Ideale Lage und sehr Ausstattung

Wir haben uns im Haus von Jonathan und Gabriela sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man in 5 min. Autominuten an der Promenade von Playa Blanca. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden incl. Waschmaschine. Der Pool wird 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt. Also absolut nichts auszusetzen!!

villa bien situada en playa balnca, a un paso de las playas y centro paya papagayo muy cerca en coche, la villa tal cual se ve en las fotos piscina ideal para darse un baño, viene un chico a limpiarla, la cocina con todos los utensilios camas comodas, se situa en urbanizacion la velas, tiene plaza de parkimg para un coche. no tiene aire acondicionado pero tampoco hace falta poruqe corre mucho aire y se duerme muy bien.sin duda si vuelvo a lanzarote volveria a ir.

Tolles Haus im Oktoberurlaub!

Wir verbrachten hier 11 schöne Tage im Oktober. Das Haus war wie hier beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Jonathan und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Als Begrüßung erhielten wir eine große Packung Desserts vom Konditor und eine Flasche Wein. So fühlt man sich herzlich Willkommen. :-) Es empfiehlt sich den Pool im Oktober anzuheizen, er ist sonst etwas kühl. Ein kleiner Tipp: Eine Gaze zwischen Fenster und Fensterladen würde zumindest in den Schlafzimmern helfen die Mücken draußen zu halten :-) Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, wir kommen gern wieder!
