Two bedroom apartment with stunning panoramic mountain views, south / south westerly facing aspect on 4th floor with a 3 minute walk to the Super Morzine lift and Morzine Centre. The apartment is literally a 350 m walk to the lift and 450 m to the centre of Morzine! Excellent location, ideally located for skiing, walking, cycling, MTB, restaurant's, shops and bars. The contemporary designed and furnished apartment sleeps 4/6 within 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed / Futon arrangement in the living room. There is an En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1, including shower, wc and large hand wash basin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower, hand wash basin and a completely separate wc serving bedroom 2.
The apartment benefits from a complete refurbishment programme which was completed in December 2014 in readiness for the new 2014/2015 ski season and the summer of 2015. The apartment is receiving high acclaim from all our guests since the refurbishment, for comfort, location and the high standard of finish, decor and design/layout. (see guest reviews) We are now getting repeat bookings from previous guests. We work to ensure the standard of finish is not diminished, even though we are now 5 years on since the refurbishment. We continue to replace and up grade items to ensure the apartment is as up to date as possible for our discerning guests!
The apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment unit and is south / south west facing and therefore benefits from stunning views of the Pleney mountain and slope and in the distance the mountains of Roc d'Enfer. To the rear of the property there are great views of the mountains towards Avoriaz. The aspect benefits from warm sunlight during winter months on to the front elevation of the apartment, especially during the afternoon. Equally, in the summer months the sun only disappears off the apartment after 8.15 pm, a real bonus for evening sunshine when other properties on the 'non-sunny-side' of Morzine are in the shade!!
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is an en-suite with shower, wc and hand wash basin. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath, plus hand wash basin. There is a separate wc.
The living area comprises of an open plan kitchen dining area leading on to the lounge / living room. The kitchen is modern and well designed including electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a plentiful supply of kitchen utensils and crockery etc.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard to complement the surroundings that discerning guests will appreciate and feel comfortable in. A 'home from home' experience!
The living room enjoys great views through two large panoramic windows looking west and north west to Pleney and Montriond respectively. Great for watching the candlelit procession by the ski instructors each week and also the weekly fireworks display.
There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the rear. There is outdoor furniture / chairs available.
The apartment has a cave and a separate ski locker - enabling MTB's / cycles to be stored in summer months and ski equipment in winter season.
The apartment is very well located to enable guests to walk into Morzine within minutes via the Passerelle F. Baud bridge. The Super Morzine lift is literally a 3 to 5 minute walk from the apartment with all your ski gear on! There are bus stops for the free 'Navette' to the front and rear of the apartment taking you to either the Linderets Lift (for Chatel / Avoriaz / Suisse sector) or to Morzine for the Pleney lift.
For guests driving to Morzine, there is a private car park with the apartment unit.
There is a washing machine in the apartment. There is also a lift in the apartment unit. A baby cot and high chair is available at the apartment.
The apartment is classified as 3 Star furnished accommodation by UDOTSI (Union Departmentale des Offices de Tourisme et Syndicats d'Initiative de Haute Savoie). The apartment was inspected and re-classified again in July 2020. Registration No. IDT20-0294
Shops and restaurant are within walking distance 350 m away which is a 5 minute to 10 minute walk.

The property had an amazing location right across from the Super Morzine Gondola and close to the pool and town. Close but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The facilities and storage were plentiful and well equipped for our stay including bike storage.

The apartment was excellent for our summer holiday to Morzine. 5 star views from the living room and dining area and front balcony. From the balcony you can wave to your family in the swimming pool (Espace aquatique) or walking back over the footbridge from town! Apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. It's on the top floor of the building but there is a small lift if needed. Communication with the owner is timely, helpful and clear. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
First time visit to the Alps in the summer and won't be our last. We loved everything about it. Apartment was great with everything we needed and space to relax after a days activities. Beds are comfy and the place was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Owner was great at providing information. Fantastic place for an active summer holiday.
If you like bikes, Morzine is the place to go and the Appartement is perfectly situated. Also good if you are into triathlon because of the pool - pricy yes but so is the equipment you use ;)
We had a good stay in this apartment which was overall clean and well maintained.
However, the building is on the edge of the road on both sides of the building, which generates noise pollution. The building is very poorly insulated and we were cold. And the apartment is cute but nothing that justifies to qualify it as luxurious.
It is a clean, simple, confortable, well designed apartment but a little far from the slopes and not very well located for family skiing.

I am surprised about the temperature of the apartment. The majority of guests find the apartment to be 'warm and cosy'. Indeed, just in case the external temperatures are very low, there are two electric heaters to supplement the hot water central heating system. So, sorry to hear your comment. The apartment is double glazed and we suggest using the roller shutters to retain heat, especially at evening times during winter months. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Super Morzine Lift and 250 m to the bus route / bus stop.

Séjour à 4 adultes + un chien.
L’appartement est spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé et confortable.
L’accès au centre par la passerelle est un vrai plus : tout se fait à pied (moins de 15 minutes en marchant tranquille avec le chien pour l’aller/retour de la boulangerie pour un bon pain frais le matin).
Bref rien à dire.
Le propriétaire est très accessible et rapide en réponse en cas de soucis.

Super apartment within a short walking distance of Central Morzine and Pleney lift to the Morzine ski area. Bus stop located directly next to the apartment with connections to the Avoriaz ski area. Really nice apartment and well equipped should you choose to eat in. Ideal size for 4 adults, 6 may be a little bit of a squeeze. Incredible views over Morzine.

I used this place with friends, in summer, to do MTB.
The apartment is really beautiful, clean, and it provides everything you might need: double pillows with different thickness, everything to cook meals, dishwasher and washing machine, 3 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/bath and 2 WC).
Incredibly close to the Skilift (just one bridge far).
The owner is very kind and happy to help.
It's really the place to be!!

Property, check in, position, all superb. All rooms were a good size for the alps, property had all of the bits that you need for a ski/bike trip. Location is great for super Morzine.
Unfortunately the day we arrived France began its lock down due to Coronavirus and we never had a chance to even put a pair of skis on! We left France a day later which obviously ruined our holiday.
We would love to return to the apartment when all of this is over and some normality is back.
In a nutshell, a perfect apartment for a small family to visit Morzine in summer or winter.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard
lovely apartment in a great location.
Lobby area in need of a lick of a paint but this did not reflect on the interior of the apartment which is decorated to a high standard.

Lovely well presented spatious apartment
Andrew takes great care to ensure your stay is comforable and easy . The apartment is fitted out with everything you need not just a normal holiday rent you will find many items and equipment as you would at home . The location is great just the other side of the footbridge to Supermorzine telecabin . Great restaurant at the lift station too . Buildind is lovely and quiet with most apartments privatly owned and cared for .

Prachtig en modern ingericht appartement
Het appartement is erg mooi en comfortable. Het is moderne ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen ook heerlijk. Het uitzicht is ontzettend mooi omdat het appartement op de hoek ligt van het gebouw en aan twee kanten zo naar de bergen uitkijkt en over het dal. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement.

I live in North Wales with my wife & two teenage daughters & we have two pet Tibetan Terrier dogs (Roxy & Poppy), chickens & ducks and love the outdoor life.
We used to own our own landscaping business which we operated from our office some 5 minutes from home. We are now both 'retired' and spend time in France, Portugal and the UK (and other far flung places of the globe!!!).
We both love driving Audi / BMW cars (but currently I have an Jaguar F Type for a change!). We live in the countryside here in the UK, & our second home is in Provence is in a similar type of country location.
We are a very active family & love skiing, walking, running, swimming, cycling, golf and the outdoor life.
We love living part of the year in France and enjoying the cuisine, culture, scenery, wine & joie de vie!!
The apartment really suits us as we can easily walk to shops, bars & restaurants within minutes.
Why they chose this property
We had been skiing for many years in the French alps and eventually decided to buy a property in which we could use it, both for winter holidays and also to enjoy during the summer months.
The check list of priorities also included close proximity to ski lifts; ability to walk into a decent town with shops, bars and a good selection of restaurants; sunny aspect (south/south west facing) quite location; close proximity to Geneva airport; good snow record and plenty of summer leisure / recreational activities.
Where better than Morzine!!
Oh, and a town that frequently achieves the presence of the Tour de France (Stage finish here in July 2016!!!)
Well, Morzine ticks all the boxes and the apartment location is terrific - many customers report it as amazing, especially the views of Pleney!
