Villa Malu is located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, with magnificent sea views and beautiful view of the Marina of Albufeira. This villa is within walking distance from the beaches and the centre of the town, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are, as well as the famous Fisherman's beach. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakage deposit of 700 euros is required, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each, payable in cash upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Fold up beds available, and baby cot provided upon request.

Great villa, great location

We stayed in Villa Malu for 5 nights, wish it was longer, really nice inside and out, Id slightly more authentic than some of the modern properties you see out there, lots of spaces, lots of bathrooms, definitely recommend.

Our stay at Vila Malu was great! We had a lot of fun with a party of 10: lots of space and enough facilities at the villa for when you just want to sit back and relax for the day.

Great stay, pictures don’t do it justice!

The villa was easy to get to and find, the outdoor area was great with a good size pool, the only improvement here would be lights above the pool table, the villa inside was spacious, clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.

Large villa with great view

The villa easily accommodated 7 people and was a 15 min walk from the marina and old town. We particularly enjoyed the pool and it was great to have the pool table and table tennis.

Amazing experience, beautiful villa, the pictures really don’t do it enough justice. Communication with host is really good, she is a lovely woman who made us all feel very welcome. Big supermarket just a 10 minute walk away and beach is super close, loved the location!!

The web site doesn’t do this property the justice it deserves, the property is very large loads of space and fabulous views. Very clean and the host was amazing , quick responses , sorted transfers etc all seamless. Highly recommended

The property is well proportioned and stands on a large plot with wonderful panaramic views across the Marina and surrounding area, which are trully spectacular. It's location, within a quite residential area, is perfect for a quite, restful holiday, but be aware, it isn't the easiest place to find! The house was clean and while it more than met my parties requirements it did show slight signs of ware and tear in some areas. The kitchen was well kitted out and we found all necessary items to be able to self cater without difficultly. The pool area, along with the pool itself was amazing with plenty of room to spred out. We particularly liked using the the outside bench table at pool level for lunch times. The hosts were very freindly and we were met on arrival, which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward, however for me, I wish the security deposit had been included within the booking process as apposed to this time being arranged on arrival. All in all a wonderful place to stay and if you end up holidaying here you've made an excellent choice.

Wonderful Property and host

The house is spacious and well equipped. The numerous balconies give excellent views of the marina and beyond. The pool table and ping pong were a lovely addition and the poolside external and indoor showers (and toilet) were really handy. We would return as the house is well located and in lovely neighbourhood. The host was really helpful and friendly and the small issue we had was dealt with promptly and withourt fuss. The only reason not to give 5 stars are the pillows/beds are not massively comfortable (very hard) and there is no pool heating (which would not be an issue in the summer, but was needed in October). That said, we loved our stay there.

Lovely villa. Good location. We arrived at midnight so it would have been nice if some water and milk had been available for a drink. Wrong no. given for villa. Stated 9 but it should have said 8. Only the fact we had read some reviews we knew name of villa. Villa next door had two lots of male youths while we were there. Quite noisy. Air conditioning in bedrooms but not in the lounge. Safe not working. No instructions how to use washing machine. All in all we had a good holiday.

Charming House with Stunning Marina and Sea Views: A Few Tweaks Needed

Overall, a really lovely house with a sublime view over the marina and the sea. This was not mentioned in the ad, which was a pleasant surprise :) The house lives up to expectations, though it is clearly worn from being a rental property. There is no lighting by the pool table and the seating area by the pool. There is also no light in the poolside toilet. There is some lighting around the pool that activates with motion, which can be annoying when it’s windy. The outdoor chairs are of poor quality. You hardly dare to lean back for fear that the backrest might break. There is no vacuum cleaner in the house, which seems odd since you can’t do any ongoing cleaning (sand, etc. indoors). Overall, a really lovely house with a fantastic view. Highly recommended to others. However, it does need some attention in certain areas and some smarter solutions in a few places.

Helt fantastisk hus med fantastisk udsigt

Vi var famile afsted på 5 og nød dette fantastiske hus fuldt ud. Udsigten var fantastisk og poolen så lækker. Hvis vi skal nævne noget, som kunne være bedre, så var det madrasserne på sengene - de kunne godt have været bedre. Men bort set fra det, så var det en fantastisk uge i et dejligt hus. Beliggenheden var perfekt og selv om vi havde lejet bil, så benyttede vi os af Uber. Vi brugte grillen et par gange til at spise i huset om aftenen. Vi ville helt klart gerne komme igen og har haft en dejlig ferie i Portugal. Tak til Susana for hurtigt svar når vi havde spørgsmål.

Wij zijn met een groep 7 jongens van 17/18/19 jaar in dit huis verbleven met onze examenreis. De locatie is ideaal op een kleine 5 min lopen naar de winkel en ongeveer een kwartier naar het oude centrum waar genoeg leuke restaurantjes zijn om te eten. Het zwembad is geweldig en de pooltafel is een leuke toevoeging, vooral als je met een groep vrienden bent. Voor de mensen die willen stap op de strip, wij hebben het 1 avond lopend gedaan maar dat is eigenlijk net wat te ver. Je moet gewoon via Uber of Bolt een taxi bestellen. Het kost je gemiddeld echt maar 6 euro per tripje naar de strip met 3/4 man. De taxi’s zijn overal in het dorp en dus super snel op je locatie. De voorzieningen van het huis waren ook allemaal zoals aangegeven en het werkte allemaal zoals het zou moeten werken. Er zaten we een paar dingetjes los in het huis zoals een deurkozijn in de keuken, maar dit heeft voor ons niet voor problemen gezorgd, ook niet met betrekking tot de borg. Het huis is perfect om met grote groepen in te verblijven en de ligging en voorzieningen zijn ideaal.

Villa is very spacious and lovely,had a good stay,did have an issue with one of the air con systems in the bedroom but it was sorted out quickly and also the sun beds are a bit tired,could do with being replaced,just being honest. The pool is beautiful,so are the views…one thing I would say is if you struggle walking especially up hill then be prepared to get taxi’s back to the villa once you have gone down to the old town or beach as it’s quite hard work trying to get back up those hills in the heat during the day or even in the muggy evenings but overall had a nice stay.

We had an amazing time at the villa, very well laid out, Susana was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend booking. Nice 15 minutes stroll to the town and beach, supermarket couple of minutes away. We did not want to leave and we are already looking at dates to return.

Gorgeous villa

We had a lovely week in the fantastic villa. It was a 15 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and the old town was fabulous. The villa itself was much bigger than we thought it would be..it had 3 large balconies so if you wanted privacy then you could have your own space. Susana was a great manager and replied to all our questions very quickly and efficiently. All the bedrooms were big and the en-suites lovely. The villa was extremely clean and we liked having a spacious sitting room to chill when we wanted to. We would love to go back.

Prachtige villa met veel (buiten)ruimte, gezelligheid en sfeer

Met een groot gezelschap is villa Malu de perfecte accommodatie om vakantie te vieren. De riante villa bevat veel ruimte en is ook zeer gezellig ingericht. Het voelt er huiselijk aan. Ook zijn de slaapkamers en badkamers schoon en netjes. Enige punt van kritiek; standaard producten als vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel, handzeep, afvalzakken, peper/zout etc. missen in de villa en dienen door de gasten zelf aangeschaft te worden voor een kort vakantieverblijf. Het zou fijn zijn als deze producten voortaan aanwezig zijn voor de gasten in de villa. Desalniettemin hebben we een fantastische tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa en zouden we hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen!
