Holiday home in Rhosneigr, Anglesey, North Wales. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms. A fabulous modern family home, which has undergone a full refurbishment to a very high standard. Located on Whispering Sands - a fantastic location 2 minutes walk to both beaches and the village centre. South/west facing garden perfect for the afternoon sun and relaxing over a bbq and a fine glass of wine! Sea views - simply breath taking. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and comprising 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 8 people) - ideally arranged to suit a mix a families. Two bathrooms - one on each floor - both have walk in showers. Outdoor water hose to wash down wetsuits. Gas fired central heating. Sitting room with large L shaped sofa and a wood burning stove and a selection of books. Lovely sun room/dining area over looking garden and patio. Modern kitchen/diner with all the usual appliances including large fridge/freezer and double oven. Dining table in both the kitchen and sun room.

Really lovely! There were 5 adults and our Labrador. What we really liked was the layout of the accommodation and a secure garden for the dog. 5 mins easy walk to the beach.There is plenty of utensils and cookware etc and we dined at home no problem. We got a home delivery from Sainsbury's so that made life a lot easier and there's a small shop about 5 minutes walk away where you can get any forgotten bits and where we bought logs and enjoyed the log burner. Just for info there is no tea, coffee, bin bags, washing up liquid, shampoo, bodywash or hairdryer. Dishwasher tabs enough for your stay are provided. Great comms with the owner. Really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was clean and lovely decor. There were 4 adults and 2 dogs and we had loads of room. The garden was great for the dogs as it was enclosed. Two minutes walk to beach and less than 5 minutes walk to pubs , shops and cafes. We have all really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay here (family with 3 young children aged 4-7). The house was comfortably sized for 4 adults and 3 children, house is in a great spot where you are so close to the centre of Rhosneigr but still quiet, would definitely visit there again.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our time in Rhosneigr and the surrounding area. There are plenty of places to explore some in walking distance and sone a short car journey away. The cottage was in a great location.

Lovely house and garden area, great sea views from main bedroom. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and good showers! All our family and the dog enjoyed their stay here. Very convenient location, only 5 minute walk to village and beach.

Lovely family get together

The house is perfect for two families.. everything you need and close to all the amenities. We had my elderly parents with us, so the downstairs single beds were ideal for them. There was 10 of us in total, which was a bit snug- but perfect for just a few days. Lovely house, and great communication ❤️

Rob is a surveyor working in Manchester We have been coming to Rhosneigr for over 15 years and simply love what Rhosneigr offers , it is our happy place. We acquired "Freshwinds" in the summer of 2014 and have fully refurbished the house. We hope that whoever rents the house has a lovely holiday in a wonderful resort.

Why they chose this property

We have been holidaying in Rhosneigr for over 15 years and finally decided to take the plunge and acquire a refurbishment opportunity with wonderful sea views. Rhosneigr is a very special place - wonderful beaches, water sports, walking, cycling, golf or simply chilling out in the excellent bars and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The house has been fully refurbished to include new central heating, kitchen, bathrooms x 2, wood burning stove. The house is located on Whispering Sands a wonderful location within the heart of Rhosneigr but tucked away from the crowds. 2 minute walk to both Broad Beach and the village. Wonderful sea views, beautiful secluded south/west facing patio/garden - perfect for BBQ in the evening.
