Nestled in the prestigious gated community of West Haven close to the Disney Theme Parks and I4 Highway

Villa
Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in the private gated community of West Haven. This well maintained community has immaculate landscaping, gardens and roads. The pristine south facing pool and spa area has the sun all day long, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing and enjoying the sunset after a long day at the nearby Disney Parks or other major attractions.

The villa is light and decorated to a very high standard. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area deliver a feeling of space and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area. For your enjoyment there is a 65” smart TV in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and high speed Wifi internet access. The garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis and table football. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Local Amenities and Attractions
Guests have full access to the community clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. The villa is only a couple of minutes’ drive from Champions Gate golf complex, supermarkets and restaurants. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away by car. The Disney Parks are 10 minutes away. Other attractions within easy reach include premium retail outlet parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive. If you like the arts then Downtown Orlando has a lot to offer.

Coastline and Beaches
One hours drive east will take you to the fabulous beaches and nature reserves of the Atlantic coastline, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral, and one hour west takes you to resorts of the Gulf Coast including Clearwater and Tampa.

The location is close to everything you need including theme parks, grocery stores etc. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their down time swimming! The owner is very responsive and accommodated as needed without issues.

Beautiful West Haven Villa.

First time staying at this villa in The Abbey at West Haven, having stayed in numerous other villas on this development in the past. This villa was beautifully decorated and very spacious, and included everything a couple or family would need for a wonderful Central Florida vacation. The south facing private pool and spa was very refreshing in the hot climate and had plenty of space for sunbathing etc. Disney World is 20 minutes drive away, and there are numerous dining/shopping outlets a mere 5/10 minutes away in the Championgate area.

So easy to work with Gordon and his management company! If we had a question, it was answered immediately. Highlight for us was the south facing pool and hot tub! Windsor Place

Directions for gaining access to this gated community and the rental property were clear and easy to follow. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Walking throughout the neighbourhood felt safe and a walking track behind the house was a nice addition. The heated pool was used every day and the lanai made sitting outside bug free. The major Orlando attractions all seem to be within a thirty minute drive. We would return to this property should the opportunity arise and recommend it to friends and family.

Always a good time

We stay at this location as often as possible. It’s a great price for value. I was disappointed that the spa was not working. The owner was quick to respond but the property manager only responded that he’d look into it. A week later we had not heard from him and it was not fixed. I would definitely still go back because normally everything is in working order and the owner is very generous with his pool and spa heat which is very much appreciated. We were just a bit bummed this time to not be able to enjoy the spa. The key to the side gate of the neighborhood was not working either but I don’t believe that was the properties fault. Overall it’s an excellent value for the price.

Very nice property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were a few maintenance issues we brought up to the owner and he was very receptive, so they will hopefully be fixed by the time the next guest stays there.

Quiet neighbourhood, the house was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to the parks and shopping areas. The large pool and hot tub were put to use after a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay, a week wasn’t long enough. Would definitely come back!
