Newly updated for 2025! This cozy condo features a brand new King bed in the bedroom and a new style (no bars) fold out sleeper sofa in the living room, full standing tiled shower and all new beautiful flooring throughout. Roku Smart TV's in both rooms and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. A perfect getaway just steps to the beach and Bikes and Beach Chairs are included!

Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was clean and in a great location. We were steps from the beach which was great. We were also about a 5 minute walk to Coligny plaza. We really enjoyed the stay and will stay here again

Kendall’s Seaside Villa was amazing! The location was perfect — so close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The villa was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. We had a wonderful couples trip for our anniversary. The size of the condo was perfect for two and the location was amazing. One thing that could have been better were the bikes. Both were very rusted and almost unusable. One of the reasons I booked this condo was for the included bikes so this was disappointing. Another recommendation is to have a vacuum available for your guests. Being a beach vacation we had sand under our feet the entire time and I would have liked to be able to tidy. Overall we had a great stay.

So glad you enjoyed! The bikes are brand new and do not have rust on them. The only thing I can think of is you saw the older bikes that I keep down there for spare parts for other bikes. I wish you would have reached out to me so I could have directed you in the right direction. I really wish you could have enjoyed the bikes because they are in great shape. We do keep a broom in the water heater closet but do not want to take up space in a closet for a vacuum.
