This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has everything you will need. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 King size beds with TV's and 2 Twin beds with full bottom beds.
3 beautiful bathrooms and a washer and dryer. With new decorations and furniture you will not be disappointed. Everything is provided, with a fully stocked kitchen, linens and comfortable beds. We guarantee you will feel right at home.

The Condo has a nice, open floor plan throughout, with colors that are pleasant to the eye. The view from the balcony looks over the Dixie Valley. Bathroom and pool towels are provided and enjoy cable and WiFi in the condo. This beautiful suite is designed with everyone in mind.

This condo "Estancia" is newly built and is a very friendly resort. The Condo has its own massive resort style swimming pool, which is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful landscaping, a hot tub, pickle-ball courts and basketball court.

If you love the outdoors, you will love the location of our condo! Mountain biking trails are just right out your front door. Quail Creek and Sand Hollow are less than 20 min away. For more of an adventure, take a 60 minute drive to the beautiful Zion National Park. If city life is more your idea of fun then head to downtown St. George, which is only a 5 minute drive.

So if you enjoy shopping, biking, hiking, boating, or just relaxing, our condo is the perfect place to stay.

Fantastic time at a perfect place

Thank you so much for providing a home away from home where my kids, grandkids and I could be under one roof. It was a perfect place for our family. The place was beautiful! I loved the mattress I slept on, one of the bunkbeds. The sleep I got was the best I have every had. Everything was as it said. It was easy to book and easy to get into. We didn't have a problem. Grateful for the elevator for hauling luggage and such, but the stairs were perfect any other time. Thanks for a great place to stay and we hope to make this a tradition unless we grow out of it.

Beautiful condo! Even better than the pictures!

Perfect spot for our girls weekend with aunts and nieces. Loved the pool and hot tub area to unwind at the end of our daily activities

Beautiful place!

Stayed for a weekend during the St. George Marathon. Easy access to downtown. Absolutely beautiful place that was clean and well appointed. Had a couple hiccups but management was very quick to respond and resolve issues. Definitely would stay here again.

Love cooking? This place is well stocked

Had all the things we need to cook some great meals. The gas grill was perfect for cooking that perfect steak or simply grilling some veggies. If I’m in St. George again I would look at renting here again.
