About this property

grande girondine in the heart of the montaigne and gurson vineyards

Our house is an old outbuilding of the chateau de gurson.
It is over 450 years old and has been renovated to offer modern comfort while remaining a family country house.
It is ideal for accommodating large groups since it can accommodate 18 people to sleep and is provided with a baby room.
It is located on a plot of 5000 m2.
The house offers a large living room with piano and guitar as well as a games room with table football and bodybuilding machines as well as punch balls and bikes.
There are two tv's, wii and of course wifi.
It allows you to be quiet near the domain of Gurçon and the Chateau de Montaigne while being 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from Sarlat.
Not far from the river it also allows beautiful canoe or gabare trips.
The rentals are flexible and not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday, we can see this together.

Séverine nous a accueillis et présenté sa maison avec beaucoup de simplicité et de gentillesse. Le logement est idéal pour les grands groupes, très confortable, tout l’équipement est fonctionnel. La situation est idéale, et malgré le relatif mauvais temps, nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs et d’excursions dans la région. Excellent séjour!

Maison au top, très fonctionnelle pour les grands groupes avec enfants. De la place pour tout le monde. Extérieur super avec option spéciale pour la vue et les biquettes (qui plaisent autant aux petits qu'aux grands). Emplacement top aussi, proche du lac de Gurson (accessible à vélo) et nombreuses visites de vignobles possibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (12 adultes + 4 jeunes enfants). Un grand merci à Séverine pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Gite pour grande famille

Le gite est très positif pour réunir une famille de 16 personnes sur 3 générations. Les enfants et petits enfants situés dans le Nord , la Seine -Maritime et les Alpes Maritimes étaient heureux de se retrouver. Par ailleurs, le babyfoot, le piano, la guitare , les jeux d'écran étaient très utilisés mais aussi le mini stade à 1km dans le village où des parties de foot et Basket furent très prisées.

Nous sommes un groupe de 15 amis qui avons loué la propriété pour le nouvel an. Tout à été parfait, il y a tout à proximité si besoin, le bien est entièrement équipé pour que vous soyez comme à la maison. Super découverte avec une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété.
