***NEWLY REMODELED*** Take a few steps to the private boardwalk and fishing pier. Relax on the patio or take a stroll along our riverfront boardwalk while watching the sunset and the dolphins frolicking in the water. Take a casino cruise. Walk, ride a bike, or drive on miles of sandy beaches. Go fishing from the community pier. All this is possible from this lovely and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bath condo. If you're planning a vacation that requires white sandy beaches, boating, world-class fishing, surfing, and other water sports in a private and quiet setting which is close to attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona Speedway then this vacation rental is for you! This second-story condo overlooks the Intracoastal waterway. There are two swimming pools -- both of which are heated in the chilly months. The resort also offers tennis courts, shuffleboard, an 18 hole chip and putt golf course and gas barbecue grills. Watch a 50-inch TV sitting on a sofa/love seat, with two recliners or listen to music while relaxing on the loungers on the porch.......Or take a siesta!

Visit famous Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse; you'll have a breathtaking view if you decide to climb to the top. Visit Sugar Mill ruins or Cape Canaveral. Take in a race at Daytona International Speedway.

In the evening, enjoy any of the many local restaurants for a good meal or prepare your own dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the movies or theater; and then take a stroll downtown.

Beautiful Intercoastal Views

This condo is well kept, clean and spacious with the most beautiful views of the intercoastal with dolphins and yachts. Amazing pools and an enjoyable walk to the downtown Flagler area. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby.

It has a beautiful view and the condo is nice…. Unfortunately for me there was heavy construction going on in the next unit during my entire stay.. very noisy … the owner gave me some money back but what I really wanted was a nice peaceful getaway… unfortunately for me I did not get that.

Nice condo on the Intracoastal

The location is great - right on the Indian River Lagoon. We spent many mornings on our SUPs watching the dolphins and birds. We easily rode bikes to the beach for the afternoon. The development has many nice amenities including 2 pools, a library, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Alex, the owner, was great to work with. Would recommend this property.

The condo is awesome with everything you need or want. the amenities are everything you need and want. the view of the Intracoastal is perfect for watching all the boats and dolphins. this was a great stay. highly recommend. the host was responsive if we had questions. bed was comfortable. shower in main bathroom is great. wifi worked very well.

Great Location, close to everything we enjoy doing.

Property was in nice condition. Great view. This is a second floor unit and the elevator was out of service for the first few days making it difficult to carry out personal belonging into the unit when we arrived (I have bad knees). We would rent this unit again. Owner was very helpful.

Nice Stay on the Intracoastal

Lovely and relaxing stay. I was actually working remotely so the great wifi was appreciated, and Alex was very nice to work with. Close to everything yet quiet and comfy.

Beautiful view! Great location for dining and shopping!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a boardwalk hust outside the condo along the intracoastal which was very easily accessed for fishing and walking. The condo’s screened in porch was very relaxing and had great views of boats passing and many dolphins playing! The only detail we missed was there were no beach towels, beach chairs or a hair dryer. Since we were flying, we could not bring beach chairs and didn’t make room for towels and as hair dryer. We mistakingly assumed these would be there. We bought the needed items and left them there for the next guests. Overall, we gad a great vacation!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay at our second home. All amenities are clearly defined in the listing. I appreciate you bringing to our attention that the hairdryer had walked away. We will replace it. As to beach chairs and the like, as I mentioned to you when we spoke, these too have a tendency to disappear. To keep our prices as low as possible, we decided not to keep repurchasing them. Best, Alex

We have done everything we can to make our second home as comfortable as possible. We take pride in our condo and spend money every year updating and upgrading it. If you stay with us for multiple years, you will find that, upon your return, something new has been added to our home.

What makes this property unique

Our condo sits right on the water overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. We have amazing views from almost every room in the house. You will see schools of Dolphins fishing out back on most days. The beach is only a few minutes away as well. It truly is a relaxing, beautiful place.
