The North Cornwall Atlantic Coast includes over 60 miles of spectacular cliffs, beaches and coves. Also nearby is Tintagel with its old Post Office and legendary King Arthur's Castle overlooking the sea, just waiting to be explored. Take a stroll around the shops in Wadebridge and hire a bicycle to ride along the Camel Trail. Venture onto the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor, steeped in history and ghost stories. Further along the coast is Bude, with excellent leisure facilities, beaches, shops and an 18-hole golf course.

Can't add much more than the other reviews. Remote location so a car is essential. Roads were under repair around the property during our stay so some roads were closed and diversions in effect. Some routes to the property involve extremely narrow roads wide enough only for a single car so be prepared. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all amenities. Good wifi.

Peaceful and beautiful location north Cornwall.
This is my second visit to this property, so that says a lot. If you want somewhere that’s really quiet, surrounded by beautiful countryside in North Cornwall, this place is great. Sean is also very helpful. No complaints, loved it.
Really enjoyed our week at Cobblers Cottage in Courtyard Farm holiday lets.
Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. A nice quiet location made for a good night's sleep too.
Sean was extremely helpful and welcoming and on hand to help if needed though we didn't need to trouble him.
We would definitely come back.

It was a great place to stay and relax.
I needed some days to rest and recharge myself and this place was the best choice for me and my dog. It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed our walks on the field behind the cottages. It is surrounded by the stunning coastline to explore with all the beauty of the nature. It is the place to return 😊

Lovely peaceful holiday retreat
Mill End is a spacious modern cottage with lovely open views to the countryside and the sea. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday either for couples or families alike. There are plenty of beautiful and interesting places to visit in the area, however a car is a must as Mill End is very rural which is what makes it so special.

Stayed in Mill End for a few days and found everythng we could have wanted and more.
Spotlessly clean throughout.
State of the art interior design and excellent

Comfortable clean bedding and bedrooms. A beautiful view out of the rear of the building from a large decking area.
The proprietor (Sean) couldn't have been more been more friendly and welcoming.

Lovely peaceful holiday
We had a lovely Easter Break at Boscastle. We enjoyed it in spite of rough weather;)
The accommodation was very comfy and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately due to cold weather we did not enjoy outside decking with lovely view.
We would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to spend holiday in Cornwall.

Lovely isolation, excellent facilities
The property was very much as described and was a clean and well-appointed holiday flat in an old farm building, plenty of space for the four of us. The owner, Sean, was very helpful to settle us in and advised us to keep the heating on, which was a good idea as it was quite cold outside. We brought wellies, which turned out to be a very good idea, maybe we will bring some slippers next time. The walk to Boscastle is further than it looks on a map as there are quite a few steep hills up and down, but it is a wonderful walk and lots of possible routes to explore if you have a good map. The patio outside has a stunning view down to the sea. We did try out the games room, also very much as described. All in all, thoroughly recommendable.

Clean, tidy, up to date!
Arrived after a long journey to welcomed in by Sean and shown to our cottage. The layout was perfect, everything was clean and the fridge even had the essentials in it. Not to mention the bottle of wine in the chiller for us! I just cannot fault it! I will be back. Boscastle is excellent and only just down the road. One of my personal favorites is Crackington Haven. Lovely place and only up the way!

Peace, relaxation - HOLIDAY!
Upon arrival we were immediately struck by the fabulously pretty court yard; we than parked in our private space around the back of the cottage and were so surprised to see that we had a sea view, this wasn't expected, but boy was it welcome. The cottage (Mill End) was gorgeous to look at from the outside and did not disappoint when we went inside. The level of decoration and upkeep was excellent, lovely kitchen and such a homely feel almost immediately. There was plenty of space for our family of three. Everywhere was clean (I know Sean does this himself) but it was like showroom clean when we arrived ! The provided activities were a nice surprise (play area with trampoline) and Games room with Pool table Tennis and Snooker. If i had one criticism, it would be that the games room needs some TLC. But this only becomes relevant if you are staying at home during your stay (maybe due to bad weather). We had lovely weather for the most part and enjoyed Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven Beach, St Nectans Glenn, Padstow etc, all of which were close by. The cottage and surrounding area was so peaceful and the private decking area was perfect in the sunshine. I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough and we will be back. Thank you Sean. Jon, Liz & Jake (Coventry).
