This is a villa located in a residential area in a pine forest, Aroeira area, perfect to enjoy the nature, birds or walks, and is only 20min from Lisbon, 5 minutes from sandy beaches, Fonte da Telha up until Costa da Caparica, next to the Aroeira golf Club, with two 18-hole golf courses.
You can enjoy the garden with a magnificent sun exposure and dining area, make nice meals on the grill, relax on sun loungers or use the various games and amusements.
The pool heated , is private and has two depth levels, ranging from 1m to 2,3m deep depth side of the board jump. In the garden there is a shower, barbecue, sink and a full bathroom with shower.
You can find a small commercial space with cafes, butcher, grocery, etc., as well as a park with tennis and padel courts at 400m distance, and a supermarket "Aldi" in 1300m.
