Villa with Heated pool, WiFi, 5min Beaches, 20min Lisbon

This is a villa located in a residential area in a pine forest, Aroeira area, perfect to enjoy the nature, birds or walks, and is only 20min from Lisbon, 5 minutes from sandy beaches, Fonte da Telha up until Costa da Caparica, next to the Aroeira golf Club, with two 18-hole golf courses.
You can enjoy the garden with a magnificent sun exposure and dining area, make nice meals on the grill, relax on sun loungers or use the various games and amusements.
The pool heated , is private and has two depth levels, ranging from 1m to 2,3m deep depth side of the board jump. In the garden there is a shower, barbecue, sink and a full bathroom with shower.
You can find a small commercial space with cafes, butcher, grocery, etc., as well as a park with tennis and padel courts at 400m distance, and a supermarket "Aldi" in 1300m.
We will be happy to assist you, if you want, providing information of what to do or visit in the surround region and Lisbon.

Great place to stay outside Lisbon!

Very clean, Monica was excellent to communicate with. The outdoor space was amazing for our 4 year old little girl. A great place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon!

Amazing holiday home

Can’t find any faults with this villa. Pool and outside areas are lovely, plenty of games and equipment to keep us entertained. Quiet location but a short drive to beaches, shops, restaurants and 20-30mins drive to lisbon centre. The host Monica is also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for all!

Echt een prachtig huis

Dit huis is echt een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen omdat er veel te doen is. Niet alleen zwemmen, maar ook Ping-Pong, badminton, tafelvoetbal etc. Het ligt in een rustige wijk op 4km van het strand. Wel even opletten/navragen wat de buren doen qua verbouwing. Wij hadden weinig last, maar er wordt nog wel gebouwd naast dit huis.

Very god friendly welcome, house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was lovely. It was fine for us but you need to have a car as there are few amenities in walking distance.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Monica, la maison présente toutes les fonctionnalités et est très agréable, c’est un endroit calme, les plages à 4 km sont magnifiques surtout au coucher du soleil avec le retour des pêcheurs.

Very nice house with beautifull garden and pool only 25 min South of Lisbon.

Greate house with all the things you need. Monica and Joaquin are super hosts. Provided us with nice tips for sightseeing and helped us with every question we had. Never met such nice hosts. Great clean house, with nice terrace, garden and pool. Great TV with movies. Volley, badminton, table tennis, trampoline, all is present. Beach less than 5 km. Supermarket and golf only 2 km. Lisbon only 20 km. Natural parcs and stunning nature within 30 minutes drive. Recommend it to everybody!!!

Pleasant villa

Our family (7 persons) stayed in that Villa one week. Location is very good. There is quite near the sea, golf area and restaurants, Lidl and Aldi. The Villa is very nice, clean and well furnished. The place is peaceful. The swimmingpool is great and staying at the swimmingpool area is well protected. There is also at the swimminpool area barbecue. We loved to make food there. Landlady and landlord were very helpful and friendly. We can recommend that Villa very warmly. It was just that what we needed, enough pedrooms and enough space to stay. Helena, Arto and family
