Maricel, country house with swimming pool in Cala Rajada

"Mar i cel" is a holiday home with swimming pool located in the countryside with a beautiful sea view, in a quiet, rural and surrounded by nature. Located on a farm of m2 and with capacity for 8 people, its 260 m2 are distributed on two floors:
- On the first floor we find 2 rooms each with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and safe. Between them there is a bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer. The living room is cozy, has table and chairs for 8 people, comfortable sofa, armchair, wood-burning fireplace, sat-tv and music player. The kitchen, fully equipped, has all the necessary utensils: microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, two additional fridges for drinks, kitchen utensils, utensils. From there you can access a terrace with porch where you can enjoy the tranquility offered by the environment.
- The lower floor has a shade with tables, chairs and table tennis and where are two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both with en suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes.
The house is surrounded by a garden area with lawn, a chlorine pool of 9 x 5 m2 with sun loungers that invite you to relax or enjoy the wonderful sea views, a barbecue, enough space to park 3 cars and a laundry with dryer, Washing machine, ironing board, iron and a laundry room.
Only 6 minutes by car we arrive at Cala Rajada, a coastal tourist center, where you can find a great variety of leisure activities and beaches of fine white sand. Beaches such as Cala Agulla (2,7 km), Son Moll (4 km), Cala Mesquida (5.8 km) and other various coves along 30 km of coast.
You can not miss the visit to Cala Rajada from the March-Torre Cega house, a modernist and regionalist style summer house with an interesting garden of sculptures and plants of botanical interest; the castle of Capdepera built in the year 1300; the caves of Canyamel and the tower of Canyamel, strategic work in times of war.
