Beautiful old house full of charm in the heart of Languedoc

In the heart of Languedoc, discover our beautiful house of 170m2 in stone, located in a medieval village between sea and mountains.
You can enjoy the sun by the pool (8x4) and a good plancha in a haven of greenery.

Our house is equipped with:
a large living-dining room of 56m2 (with 2 windows, a door window and a window, this room gives access to 3 different terraces).
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large landing.
An independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment, overlooking a terrace.
From a big landing
The house is on three levels
You will also have a laundry room.
The garden pocede several terraces to privilege according to the sunshine.
From the house, you can walk or bike in the small crosses crisscrossing the vineyards or go hiking in the Caroux, to the Gorges d'Heric
The city of Beziers is 15 minutes by car
That of Pezenas, homeland of Molière, has 20 min
The beaches are 25 minutes away.
The Haut Languedoc Park is
You will find shops nearby and a supermarket on the neighboring village

Ideal holiday house

The house is a very well equipped property with plenty of space, inside and out, in an excellent quiet location only a short walk to an epicerie and wine bar/restaurant/bakery. Carine and Didier were extremely helpful.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön bewachsen mit vielen schönen Sitzplätzen. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu Carine war super nett.

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La communication avec la propriétaire très agréable et complète (nous avons bénéficié également de conseils sur les visites/magasins/restaurants...). La maison est agréable (maison ancienne rénovée), suffisamment spacieuse et bien équipée. L'environnement est très calme. Le jardin bénéficie de de plusieurs "espaces" bien agréables. Des restaurants sont à proximité de la maison et des magasins à 3 kms (supermarché, boulangerie, boucherie). Le village avec son château permet des promenades agréables.

Beau séjour

Être au bord de la piscine, à l’ombre, les pieds dans l’herbe, un vrai luxe. Profiter, en vacances, du confort d’une maison toute équipée, un vrai bonheur.
